I liked how convenient the location was. We weren’t far from many activities. The property was also beautiful!

We used the valet parking and I didn’t like that they didn’t notify us when our car was brought back. There were a few times where we were waiting 15-20mins without realizing my car was in the front already and not in sight. I also didn’t like that the valet employees blasted my air conditioning system every time they placed it back. I don’t think it was related but one of my AC fuses broke at the end of our trip. I also didn’t like that there were teenagers all around the property, and we could hear them screaming and yelling from our room. The valet issue was definitely a hotel issue, but i understand the teenagers was not their fault.

For two a two night stay in a suite, my stay was pretty decent. There was a minor issue with the room such as the bottom lock didn’t lock on the door which appeared to had been broken before so I had to take extra precaution and block the door along with using the top latch each night just for safety. Some of the valet workers were super friendly but I did not catch names. As far as the front desk goes I’d rate them a 5/10. Some spoke and others stared. The hotel itself is very beautiful and super quiet. It was also pretty clean. I did not like the idea of having to pay for breakfast which made me have to take my family elsewhere to eat however on the website I booked on said that breakfast was included. Overall it was a 8/10.

When you walk in, it’s absolutely beautiful. It was such a convenient location. Pool was great, gym was great, the room was very spacious!

Our check in was fantastic, every other person we dealt with was not as pleasant as the guy who checked us in. He was incredible. The rest were not very helpful and not very happy. The hotel was an older place, so there were lots of little maintenance issues. The black out curtain was torn and broken, the water faucet spewed water out the side, the wall paper was coming off the wall in the bathrooms and the pull out sofa was broken so we had to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor.

Very nice room in a very fine hotel. Really difficult to fault anything within the hotel, and handily placed for the Bricktown area a short walk away which has good bars and restaurants. Oklahoma City Bomb Memorial also within walking distance.

As a foot tourist using Amtrak and internal flights, one member of staff didn't seem to appreciate or care that much that I might need help booking a taxi to the local airport. Thankfully trying again with a colleague I was successful and they booked me with Syadur Rahman +1 (929) - 421 - 5574, who provided excellent service with a smile.

Located 2 blocks from PayCom Center and Bricktown, it could not be a better location. The room was great and the sofa sleeper was comfortable, according to our 9yr boy. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities were an added amenity our family enjoyed

No ice was available. We checked every floor! The sad part was that when we asked for our small, hotel supplied, ice bin to be filled for us, in the lobby, staff said they couldn’t help us. Small request considering it’s a basic amenity at every hotel in America.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is spectacular. The lobby is really beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty (omelettes were delicious). The room and bath are big, comfortable, nice. I liked the place very much. The man at the breakfast was delightful. Other employees like the man at the front desk were helpful. I also liked the city a lot.

The Afroamerican woman when I arrived late at night (around 2 a.m.) was confusing, unable to explain and solve: showed ignorance and a lousy attitude; really bad service. My check in was disastrous, but after that things turned around. I had some trouble with the Internet.

The room was clean and the hotel was spotless!

Huge spotlight shining into my room and had to struggle with the curtains to keep the light out of the room. Huge spot on the carpet and was sticky. I've informed the front desk person the next morning, showed the picture of the spot and he'll get it taken care of. Came back done the best they could to get the spot off the carpet but, as long they got the sticky part off.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The only issue we had when arrived and got checked in was that it took us 3 trips up and down from the 11th floor to the service desk to get new keys because ours wouldn't open the door. We waited 30+ minutes before maintenance was finally able to get to us and ended up having to replace the battery to the lock on the door.

I had a wonderful stay here. The amenities were fantastic - the pool and hot tub area was relaxing, and the gym was well-equipped. My room was comfortable. The valet parking staff were so friendly and accommodating. And the front desk receptionists were always quick to assist with any requests I had. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality, you can't go wrong here. Anakaren Santillan

Great hotel in a convenient location to downtown. We were in town for a conference at the convention center, so a bit of local walking, but no issues the whole trip and Wyndham met our needs. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in downtown OKC

Like many downtown hotels, the convenience items were rather pricey. Coffee and a muffin from the lobby coffee shop was almost double what I would have normally paid (both were excellent, just expensive), but in line with other hotels in the area (I stopped at another hotel one morning to bypass the Wyndham prices and paid more).
