Right off top the parking lot super clean and once we got to the door the smell of the establishment was amazing I’ve never been in a hotel that smelled so amazing in my life ( I had to ask the employee what the smell was so I could buy it for my house ) and clean and the staff was amazing as well and when we got to the room I was shocked it was like a apartment full kitchen with plates and utensils , dish soap , dishwasher with washer pod ,big fridge with ice-maker , stove it was loaded ( i could live there if i needed to ) it was by far the most pleasant hotel we ever stayed in and we will be back. Thank you!

Couldn’t communicate with house keeping I asked for toilet tissue they gave me towels I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs but it would be nice if they could understand English but it’s cool they eventually grabbed the correct item I needed.

Very nice hotel. Our spotlessly clean suite was very large with an efficiency kitchen area. Great location right off the highway. We noticed some noise of racing cars, and loud music which eventually ended and allowed for a quiet night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The shower/bath was supplied with Dove body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was very good. Waffle irons to make your own. Hot selections were fresh and tasty. The pantry staff was friendly and helpful.

Noise from street

Property was supposed to be 100% smoke free. We were greeted by people smoking pot in the parking lot. Informed staff, he looked at the camera and did absolutely nothing. We went back out to our car 10 minutes later and "the smoker" had been joined by others who were having a great time right in the front where the doors are, completely enjoying themselves while getting high. So sad especially with children present.

Room was clean and plenty of room for a family of six. Pet friendly(We had our Maltipoo with us). Great Location(Only 6 minutes from Paycom Center). We were able to get to and from the Thunder basketball game with no problem with traffic. We ended up staying an extra night and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great, they had plenty of options for everyone. If we come back to OKC we will definitely be staying here again.

Breakfast was great,the kitchen staff deserves raises! The amount of food and freshness was unreal!! spacious rooms, loved the extra activities available for kids! (Basketball)

The fountain machine, I got clear Dr Pepper and of flat lemonade. The mattress on the pullout sectional needs to be replaced!! That thing was OLD AND SPRINGY, very uncomfortable!

This Hotel was EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I travel alot and we were just in awe of soo many aspects of our stay! 1. Cleanliness of the room and the entire common areas is Impeccable. 2. The comfort of the bed was soo good, its the first full nights sleep I have had in a LONG time. 3. The breakfast......AMAZING!!!! Huge Huge selection of every kind of breakfast goodness you can think of, and even 10 minutes before closing up on a weekend they kept everything out, fresh and stocked. 4. Location to everything downtown is a few minutes walk or drive. We loved everything about our stay except that it was too short of time.

They were able to accomidate my short notice booking with a clean room, a great breakfast, friendly staff. My daughter and her family had already booked there and was able to join the party, the night before.

I think there was a under cabinet light in the kitchenette that didnt work, but everything else was great.

The staff checking in was amazing! It was very easy to check in and the rooms were very nice very clean. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle going to the paycom center when there are events going on but other than that we would stay there definitely again. We loved it!

Friendly staff, good breakfast selections and any time I had a question employees had an answer and did not have a problem helping me. It seemed like the staff that worked there were doing their best at keeping people off the property that did not belong and watching the cameras I think.

There was not anything that the management could control that I did not like.

Breakfast was fine

The room was by the train tracks which kept a lot of noise at night and the walls were paper thin, our neighbors were talking to loud every night. Which was annoying.
