Beautiful facility. The double queen room in the new addition was spacious and comfortable. The small cafe for morning coffee and lovely bar for an evening drink were convenient.

Two troublesome negatives: there is no coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby so coffee had to be purchased in the cafe. In almost every hotel there is coffee in the lobby in the morning as well as a small coffee maker in the room. That was a big negative for me especially considering it was on the high end price wise for Oklahoma city hotels.. There is also no second mirror in the room just the one over the sink. That made it tricky for two women to get ready and no full length mirror to check your clothes.

AMAZING place to stay, highly recommended! I loved the overall vibes there, the wonderful and well decorated old house, the huge room, the music in the garden space, playful and colorful furniture, bar and food offered, having breakfast on the terrace, and it's located in a quiet and safe area. Plenty of good reataurants, supermarkets, fuelstation nearby, just 4 minutes away from highway/interstate connection. ALL personnel is extraordinary friendly and always offering a helping hand or information needed.

No coffee maker ... you are forced to buy at their cafe. When I checked in, they said my card was denied or not working. They assumed it was not working or not enough credit on it. It was a bit a slap in the face the way they reacted. "Call your bank" - yes, I am away from my home country with 7 hours difference. Eventually it did work, but like I said, the way they handled it could have been better.

It's a don't miss for sure!! They've made sure everything down to the last detail is beautiful and perfect. It reminded my husband and I of Mackinac Island, MI where we spent our honeymoon. We usually stay out back off the courtyard. It's quieter and great quality for the price. The rooms in the house are stunning though. The bar is open late, and for us it just worked out to stay out back. But we'll for sure stay upstairs in the house when we're not traveling for work. From jazz nights to special celebrations, definitely a great place for a special dinner, drinks, or girls weekend. And I absolutely can't miss their vanilla latte with lavender, one of the best I've had.

The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the Gluten Free pastry. It was probably the worst GF thing I've ever eaten. (And I've been GF for many years now.) But everything else is wonderful. It's our favorite place to stay in OKC!

I loved the creativity and comfort. The hotel was beautiful and paid homage to its history with a modern twist. They served excellent coffee, baked goods, and breakfasts. We enjoyed using the bikes, too, to explore Downtown OKC and Nichols Hills. It was a great walking neighborhood, too. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff was very attentive. My husband and I frequently travel the world, and this was perfect for introducing him to my home town!

Charming! Interesting and lovely decor. Very comfortable room. Food was excellent. Beautiful pastry selections. Easy to find. Felt safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone to visit friends and family in Oklahoma and am delighted to know about the Bradford House for other trips in the future. I told friends and family that it would be a great place to meet for coffee/tea and pastries, a meal, or to stay as a retreat.

Property was absolutely beautiful! Charm, uniqueness, comfy beds, great staff, wonderful food...it was everything we needed or hoped for. The tv in the rooms are a good size, and offer most streaming service options; we loved being able to watch Netflix without much effort. Lighting in the room was great, wifi password was super easy to find, there were lots of outlets for charging options, and the toiletries seemed very high end and smelled lovely but not overpowering. We stayed across the courtyard in a modern king suite. During a warmer month, we would've loved the options for sitting in the courtyard to visit or enjoy an outdoor seating option. Loved their attention to detail, down to the cushion colors matching the front awnings. Their attention to detail in every feature really makes this boutique hotel shine! The room was great, but simple for the overall extra detail of the property. Our room felt comfortable, but more like any standard hotel room with slightly upgraded tile and decor. For more charm and the full "Bradford House" feel - we recommend staying in the main historic house of the property. But our room was great. We had everything we needed down to cute robes hanging in the room. It was a nice touch. We also took advantage of and loved the morning coffee, juice, & pastries room service option. My husband and I both enjoyed the coffee, and I loved the extra options for oat or almond milk for the coffee. The different spaces throughout the lower level would be so great for an event - birthday, shower, or group celebration. If I lived in OKC I would absolutely host an event there. Overall - Staff was amazing, really friendly + helpful, and they strived to make our experience really stand out. We appreciate all the ways they went above and beyond at every opportunity. We will absolutely stay there again!

There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest, no major negatives really. As a GF person, the Gluten-Free blueberry pastry wasn't my favorite. I might recommend trying a different flavor if given an option. The only thing that I felt like they could do better at was that they charged what I felt like was a little excessive amount for incidentals. And when we checked out there was an almost $50 extra charge for the restaurant that we never charged. So just double check your statement at checkout to make sure everything is correct. When we asked they made it right, and were so nice about our asking for more details. Nothing that would detour us from staying again.

The design and decor was really fantastic. The food was great with really nice options for vegan and vegetarian. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

I liked everything. The faucet in our bathroom was not affixed properly, though. No coffee in room, but there was coffee service. The lights were on a timer so when only one person was in room and I had to go out to the car, the lights went off.

Staff was very friendly. Nice to see the owner on site and was pleasant to talk to.

Would have been nice to have a hook on the bathroom door. Hair products dispensers holder slid out of place so we had to take it out of the holder to dispense products. There was a gap at the bottom of the door so not sure if that's where a bug came in. My daughter also found a dried up bug under her pillow the next morning.

Love the truly boutique feel and the breakfast was amazing

I would suggest removing the carpet completely from rooms or do tile in the entry of each room. Also, maybe some better signage for people who require ADA ramp. I had to lug my suitcase up and down quite a few stairs before discovering the ramp on the side of the building.
