The receptionist, she refused to return my deposit 4 days later claiming a cord was damaged, which was an absolute lie. It took 45mins to check in because the same woman tried to charge me $140 for one night when I had a reservation for $53. Everything else besides my interaction with her was cool.

The bed was comfortable, I like the shower, the towels were so clean.

There is a lot of noise from drunk people and there is a funny smell of cigarettes in the hall and in the room despite the fact that they don't allow smoking in those rooms.

Was able to smoke my weed in peace.

The size of the room was good and there was a fridge and a microwave. Plus the bed was real, soft and comfy.

The lady at the front desk has it out for me. She always gives me the hardest time threatening to cancel my reservation or charge me extra for my deposit. I don't understand why. I've always been a good guest but since the first time I stayed there as soon as I Walked in the door she immediately was rude to me. And it's different every time, but it's always some b. Yes. It takes me about 30 to 45 minutes just to check-in, which is ridiculous. Since I have my reservation and I paid online and I have all my credentials, but she always gives me a hard time. And uh, on the app, it says there is a pool, but they do not have it open at all. Oh, and also my toilet seat was broken and the light in the bathroom was constantly flickering while it was on. Be cautious if you're epileptic in room 332.
