Hot breakfast. Clean.

There was nothing WRONG but I think the management needs therapy to get past some bad experiences. $50 dollar deposit for damage (the waivers say $100 and “we are not responsible for overdraft fees). I’ve never had any other hotel do anything but hold the credit info for incidentals. $250 fee for pets. NO EXCEPTION for service animals with documentation. This is a place that fears it’s guests potential for physical damage/smells more than any place I’ve ever stayed. It’s nice. It looks fine. Take a deep breath and go to a happy place, management! Lockbox that doesn’t fit well is in the closet for travelers who have similar disillusionment with others.

Customer service at the front desk was courteous and prompt. The room was a lot nicer than I expected and very clean.

The faucet in the bath tub. It had that stupid mechanism that in order to send the water from the faucet to the shower head there's a hidden ring you pull down on the tip of the faucet. It took me forever to figure it out.

Close to hospital. Good price.

Could use some renovation. Did not like that the back door wasn't locked. Bathroom out of order in lobby. I felt a little unsafe there. Rooms clean, but needs paint and carpet needs replaced.

Clean, comfortable and great rate.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious however, I would have appreciated fixtures to accommodate USB ports to charge phones. I did bring my own cube to plug in but with 2 cell phones and smart watches, it would have been nice to charge everything at one time.

The staff

I paid for a week 407.00 and the heater did not work the whole week. Then I had to move rooms on the 7th day twice because of the heater NOT WORKING

I really enjoyed the location. The staff was nice. The room was clean.

I didn’t have an issue with the facility or staff themselves. There were people just lingering outside in the parking lot which felt kind of sketchy, but it no way reflected on the hotel.

Everything their breakfast was amazing it was pretty good when I walked into the room when I first got there, it was clean, decent. The beds were comfortable nicely made. Everything was pretty good to my liking.

It was great nice people I would say the air conditioner could work a little better

The air conditioning could have worked a little better other than that it was great

Everything other than the shower curtain in the restroom. Caused water to leak all on the floor. The top of it kept coming together making way for the water to flow out.

Shower curtain was not in order.

The breakfast was great and the location was absolutely fantastic! The staff was all very kind

I couldn’t get the WiFi to work and or connect to the internet
