Two room King suite was spacious and great. Rooms are very calm and love the modern bath with decent shower pressure. Breakfast was decent and have many usual options. Parking is plenty and also have EV charging both CCS and Tesla connectors in the lot free for hotel guests. You get about 7.7 kwh speeds.

A pet friendly hotel that charges $75 per stay has asked me not to bring pet in the breakfast area. That does not make sense. Pool was salty and dirty with bugs, hair and debris. Checkout experience was bad. We asked for 30 mins more due to feeding our infant and they denied.

Given it is Oklahoma City, the hotel itself is my definitive place whenever I need to visit OKC for business purposes. Getting there is a breeze and you are not far from Chinatown at all. I was very happy with the comfort of the bed because it is always my primary concern checking into hotels.

Nothing bad to say really. The hotel rooms exceeded my expectations and nothing struck a nerve in a negative way. I guess those doorways may need better detection? Sometimes I would be point blank from exiting the hotel before the doorways opened.

Breakfast was great, room service was delicious, and we really enjoyed the drinks with happy hour. This was the first time we actually felt like we were at a hotel, and that I felt comfortable and everything was actually clean.

We had stayed the same weekend that there was a school basketball tournament going on, and there were kids everywhere. Kids left unattended with no parents around, and there was some kind of fundraiser as well, and things left on the floor in the hallway that me, and another guest tripped over. The elevators were not only backed up, but kids were repeatedly left to run around and were pranking people by pushing the buttons and running away. There needs to be an enforced policy of kids running around the halls, and not being attended by parents. We brought our 4 year old and 10 year old, and they acted better than all the teens running around. For what we paid for it, this wasn't a hotel every school around the city should be staying at.

Beautiful room, quiet, and air-conditioned worked quickly to cool room. There is not enough coffee pkg in the room but I loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. Room service was excellent. There are not enough handicap parking placed close to front door near the elevators. It was to far a walk to the elevators if all the spots are taken. The front desk personel were so kind.

Weird parking lot very few up close parking, what would benefit your happy hour is having a dedicated person during happy hour only doing drinks and have someone else taking orders or anything else not related to happy hour and also having the ability to lower the room temperature lower then 68

Facility was very nice. The rooms were clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was very enjoyable. The beverage bar in lobby was well stocked, and the bartender was very polite. Courtyard and pool were nice and clean.

The balcony door was obviously weathered and so you couldn’t just open the blinds and have a nice clear view out. There was not an open restaurant in the hotel like it advertised.

Property was very clean. Room was very nice! The pool was open the kids enjoy that just a nice atmosphere and may I mention the morning breakfast is the most exciting thing food is delicious! The kids actually woke me up at 7 AM ready to head down and have breakfast! Pancakes and waffles are their favorite, which is made fresh right in front of you when ordered😇 definitely will be booking again!!!

The pancakes alone were an experience at this buffet style breakfast loaded with more than you could choose from. Omelets and pancakes made to order. The breakfast was included and part of the experience. You wont leave hungry. The view was everything to us. We were on the 14th floor and we could see all of the city to the horizon. Spectacular. The tv and fold out couch were so ample it slept 5 in our room. Ample workers space well thought in placement facing view. A very social bar which I could see being a hang out spot for locals AND frequent travelers. Any company holding seminar or meet and greets for banquet style interviews should consider this and use the bar setting to experience how potential candidates work a room. There was food but we did not know that until we returned from food next door which was fantastic! The gym was incredible-complete with disposable earbuds, water and towels. There was an indoor pool which was quite nice. This was one for the books and I will stay again! Plan a trip to the salt flats and Glass Mountain for free, stay at this wonderful resort and you have created a memory for a lifetime experience. The staff was amazing. Let me add that the shower in the dark was the greatest thing ever. Beautiful!

I am so sad I left my salad in the fridge from the next door restaurant. Don’t miss it. It is not just sandwiches!

We stayed in a two-room suite, which are spacious and comfortable. I noted two zone thermostats, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. If you travel with someone else that has different temp preferences like I do, this is an extra luxury. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. We ordered room service and took advantage of the free breakfast. In a Ubik-like microtransaction and late stage capitalist society, I expect the optionals and nice-to-haves to have either disappeared or added as an upcharge. The buffet breakfast has many options, both hot and cold. I didn't really see any European-style breakfast options which is a bummer because I like making a breakfast charcuterie and pretending I'm not in Oklahoma. Our room service order was hot, fresh, and tasty. We ordered a mushroom swiss burger and chicken fried steak. As Oklahomans we have weirdly opinionated feelings about both, but my only complaint is that I need enough gravy to drown a toddler in and I wish there was a way to anticipate the graviness level of an item when you order. Let's compare this for fun to Home2 Suites. Home2 Suites, at least the locations I've stayed in, is like a killer clown went to Fisher Price prison design school and was given their first student project with free range. I'm ASD/ADHD blessed and Home2 Suites is like sensory hell. I'd like to request all Home2 Suites be razed to the ground and replaced with Embassy Suites. I'm neutral on the matter, but I was trapped in one in the same bed as my mom for 5 days while I was quarantined with COVID. I was too sick to do much other than stare at the wall and listen to my mom fart, but I did imagine all the ways I would demo the room. Embassy Suites has a relaxing color palette. Not sure whether to thank hospitality or Paris Hilton, but either way we enjoyed and appreciated our stay.

The parking lot, there's not much room in front and on the sides, especially if you drive an SUV or larger vehicle and need space to park in order to not be an a**. Most of the parking is around back so if it's wet and/or cold it's not the most fun walk. Maybe there's an entrance around back we've missed but the one we saw looked like it was for event staff and didn't want to accidentally walk in right in the middle of something.

This hotel is the best hotel we stayed in Oklahoma. We stayed here twice and we experienced nothing but good vibes! The people are nice and friendly even the other people that stay there. The hotel is so pretty and worth every penny you spend. They also got good breakfast! The rooms are always clean!

There wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel.
