I stay here almost every time I come to visit family. It is clean and the staff are always so courteous. The price is competitive for the area, I mean we all need save money but that can't be helped. If you are blessed enough to get a handicapped accessible room there are more than ample rails in the restrooms, and even those that are not have a rail in the walk-in shower. Breakfast is included and the selection is more than ample with both hot and cold options as well as several proteins options to choose. Great locations with easy access.

I really can't think of anything. A plus would be more rooms with rails in the bathroom as our baby boomer population continues to be those that can travel the most.

Convenient location, clean facility*, warm breakfast, comfortable room

The 2nd floor hallway carpeting was littered with either paper pieces or popcorn making the 2nd floor look trashy. The desk person said she would vacuum it, but it was unchanged the next morning. The actual room was dark with inefficient bedside lighting - a design issue. I would give the Tru brand another chance.

The breakfast included good protein and both warm & cold options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated all the extra handrails in the restroom, you don't see that very often. I have seen others say there wasn't enough storage to hang clothes or the rooms were small. Neither was true in my case. And the rooms were very clean.

This isn't a complaint, but it would be helpful to have just a little more traction in the bottom of the tub to help avoid slips. And also more water pressure, but the hot water was plentiful.

I loved, first of all, the cute phrases on the sliding doors. The Cleanest of the outside building. Then as we enter the lobby, atmosphere was even more impressive. Then , the Staff was Awesome and Very Kind. Had No Problems, if we needed anything, there wasn't any hesitation. We loved It!!!

Well, since you asked. No microwave in the room, just wanted it for a late night popcorn Pop.

Interesting fact... I accidentally booked this hotel. I thought I was on another hotel option when I booked it. I called both and after speaking to the hotel staff at TRU we chose to stay there. It was the best mistake ever! I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great. The location was very easy to navigate.

Facilities was great. Breakfast was fresh and good.

Our room had several things broken. We reported them to the desk. Offered to move us and I advised it wasn't necessary the broken items weren't going to cause an issue we just wanted them to be aware and not be charged for them.

Quaint room. Had what ya needed nothing more nothing less .

The bed frame was way too large for the mattresses. Have 2 bruises where the comer of the frame was protruding inches away mattresses and thus an easy target esp in the dark .

Good clean rooms and friendly service

The Booking.com was not helpful. The reservation didn’t not come through to the hotel and the confirmation # was no good. We had to get the room at the actual Tru Hilton to be able to get my family into a room at 3am. So paid for two rooms

Should not have to rate each purchase I make. It's annoying, and I doubt that it has any effect on the product. Maybe if you stop bothering me with this you'll get a little more business from me.

Good Selection of breakfast, Fast reply on any housekeeping issues or concerns. Great location! Near by the mall and bunch of food restaurants! My favorite place to stay whenever I come to visit family!
