I really appreciated the front desk staff, friendly, responsive, helpful, efficient. Love, love, love the no carpet floors. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Thankful there was not a “clean” or “perfume” smell in the room. I have CIRS, and didn’t react to the room, a rare event.

We noticed a light with no bulb, a second light with a broken switch, an empty body wash container and almost empty hand soap container. The windows do not open, need the fresh air. I do miss a microwave in the room. The hallway had a strong electrical smell.😝

Breakfast was great, room was clean, we had the absolute best people working at the desk, so nice, and helpful.

Someone had switched our room the day before, and we had to move to the room I had originally booked. Thankfully they got everything fixed, and figured out for us. There were a lot of drinkers that Saturday night being quite loud around 3 in the morning, it usually wouldn't have bothered me, but we had little ones getting up early in the morning. I do think they need to replace the shower curtains in the bathroom with glass doors. Our curtain was super dirty, and I'm not particularly okay with touching a dirty shower curtain after getting out of the shower.

I absolutely love how the shower had a door, and not a curtain, the bathroom was very spacious, the bedding smelled clean, and was comfortable, the dishes and dishwasher in our room was an extreme plus. We really enjoyed the blackout shades in our room, breakfast was enjoyable, everything was easy to find. Checkout time being at noon was awesome because most places are at 11:00, so we could take our time leaving. The location was great, there were many restaurants and shopping areas across the street. The staff was very nice, and very helpful with everything. We would absolutely stay here again.

The $100 card hold fee, is a bit much. It was added back right away, but it seemed a little ridiculous. I didn't really like the reusable toiletries in the bathroom. I'd rather have little mini bottles, instead of the same ones everyone has been using over and over, and touching. Who knows if anyone has put anything in those besides what's supposed to be in there. 😂

I likes the friendly staff. The rooms are super nice. I like the views. I love how close it is to Lake Hefner. Will definitely stay again in the future!

By no means is this a huge negative or problem. My other nit picking is the breakfast not having bacon or scrambled eggs. The egg cheese omelets are good but just wanted some scrambled eggs and bacon. Also that server with the eggs and breakfast sandwiches gives everyone a difficult time while trying to pull food, hold the door open, use the tongs, and serve your plate. I noticed everyone struggling.

The breakfast was good. The gym was great, TV in gym wasn't working, but I don't use a TV while working out.

We were told we had to leave for cleaning of room, came back after an hour lunch, nothing was cleaned, 2 trash liners changed. Had to clean our own room, didn't mind it. Just don't like being lied to.

Great central location from airport to downtown, family & activities. Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast provided. Quiet property although it is off a busy street.

Missing items from the kitchen, which I reported. Wallpaper in bathroom needed some attention. Firmer pillows. Bathroom fan needed. No "do not disturb" sign provided.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great.

Easy access

No EV charger as stated on website. Front desk wasn’t sure what kind of charger system they had. Also was to call manager and then let me know what charging system was available. No call from anyone.

Great staff, good breakfast, very clean, plenty of parking, very close to my family & activities.

The hotel faced a very busy street. Lots of traffic noise in the evening when I was trying to get to sleep.

Retrieving the eggs & breakfast sandwiches are difficult to retrieve without just using your hands which is unacceptable. Also the bread of the breakfast sandwiches is hard.
