We really like this chain and seek it out amongst others. This one was in a good location and had free parking. Good size room with great kitchen area.

Unusually this didn't meet the standard of other Residence Inns. The bathroom required maintenance, there was a greasy handprint on the shower screen and questionable hairs in the shower. The shelf in the shower was loose and there was a lot of mildew. The toilet was also loose. We could hear a very loud mobile phone conversation from the next room which we've never experienced before. The sofa bowed in the middle. The external lighting was visible through the curtains all night.

-The breakfast included was very practical and convenient. I enjoyed the suite like room with full mini kitchen with appliances and dishes! The front desk lady was a lifesaver when I told her I had forgotten my razor, she gave me three and asked if I needed shaving cream!

I stayed there two nights and housekeeping didn’t check on my room. I don’t know if they had a delay or something but that’s about it. I noticed too that other customers went to front desk to get towels and toilet paper too so I figured that it was the same thing.

The property was great and super clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent, super attentive and friendly.

The parking lot was still pretty icy from the winter weather

Perfect location. Near shopping stores and restaurants. Staff when checking in and checking out were so nice.

I like clean but little dust. And tv remote control doesn't work for kids.

Ok front office they need welcome face first customer.

The property was super nice it felt like an apartment and the patio with the grill was super nice as well

The kitchen and appliances were great. Everything we needed was available.

The pool hadn't been cleaned yet, so we couldn't use it.

Right in the middle of OKC. Not far from everything you want to see.

Everything was exceptional!
