Location

The room looks old. Fixtures/handrails, etc... are yellow with age. Popcorn ceilings. Has a musty smell. No remote control to tv. Called the front desk, and the person brought a generic remote missing battery cover. Only could volume up/down as well as channels. No on-screen menu could be selected. The hotel really needs updated, and the condition of the room should be inspected for all amenities. Didn't like the universal bottles of shampoo,conditioner, and lotion. Felt like using someone else's bottles.

Good location. This hotel is being renovated so there was that going on. I prefer a higher quality breakfast. But here’s why I gave this hotel an excellent review: THE PEOPLE! Great staff that made our stay pleasant. My gratitude to them and I look forward to coming back.

Under construction. Probably ought to mention that before taking reservations. Also, couldn’t check in with Hilton Honors that was offered per the app.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was soooo good to get to my nice, clean, quiet room after a 3-hour drive and a noisy day. The location is conveniently close to a couple of drugstores if you forget to pack something, and free WiFi is nice.

I've had better hotel breakfast buffets, but they were diligent about replenishing the OK food when it ran low.

Breakfast was great. Everything was perfect. Eddie May and Connie were great!!!

I will never book with 3rd party (Hotels.com). Had family emergency and since I booked 3rd party no changes I had to waste a nights stay. The hotel was apologetic but it was out of their hands.

We enjoyed our time at the Hampton. It was in a good location for what we were traveling to OKC for and the breakfast hit the spot with my kiddos. They enjoyed swimming in the pool.

For most of our trips to the city, we like to be where we can walk to restaurants. The location was convenient and easy to access, but what will prevent us from staying there again is just the location of the property.

The price was great. Connie was very, very helpful. There was a bauble, but Connie fixed it. Located well. Plenty of parking.

The property is starting to show its age. Several repairs amateurishly done.

Breakfast was good. Would have likes some sausage and/or donuts.

Housekeeping did not come while I was there--2 nights. Needed some additional coffee in room.

Free breakfast was delicious and not far from Oklahoma City

Staff could have been more friendly and the rooms could have been cleaner. No laundry on site even tho it’s listed that they do

Very quiet. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was nice.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Room was dated. Window is cracked. No view. No soap in shower.

Always comfy & great staff. We have stayed here many times & never disappoints!

Price seemed a little higher than usual. Probably due to softball tourney in town.
