Everything seemed new and clean smelled of fresh paint even

But the young girl who worked the 2 days I was there I witnessed more than once yelling at customers she got in a screaming match with a woman early that morning. The breakfast that morning the gravy was sour like or was spoiled another lady asked for some milk just for that young girl to act like that lady just asked for steak n eggs! She was just incredibly rude! The only other thing I didn't like was that my keys kept shutting off! I kept them in their sleeve away from my phone etc, but they still shut off...

Great location, centrally located to everything we needed for this trip. Staff was amazing and very friendly. We stayed during the Christmas holiday and it is so refreshing when the staff is helpful, nice and happy. That's not always the case during holidays so the great staff made our stay even more enjoyable, not to mention the great value of this hotel!

Only issue, and it is nothing major, was a rather large stain in the shower/tub. It appeared to be something permanent. The staff may not have had control of this and I'm sure that when they were aware of it the problem was solved.

hot water situation on floor 5. Also, there was a couple that ate breakfast, then went to their vehicle, drove through the parking lot several times, parked in random places and would then move around again. It was kind of sketchy. I kept an eye on them in proximity to my vehicle.

Location: Very central to everywhere we had to go Room: Due to layout of fewer rooms per floor, the noise was lower than other hotels Breakfast: was convenient, but the eggs were salty Safety: Some outdoor lighting needs to be repaired. Parking lot could use a resurfacing and restriping of spaces. Overall Value: Very good value considering it’s central location for northern OKC

Bathtub drain was slow to drain Carpet could use a steam cleaning This location has many surrounding businesses that have closed Just keep this location up-to-date and clean. Another hotel that was nearby has now closed so this is still one of our favorites and the price was exceptional.

The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the young woman at checkin was very friendly and helpful.

I was a little concerned about security. Unfortunately there was a homeless man in the shadows in the parking lit when I walked back from Sonic with dinner, but I suppose the hotel can't do anything about that. Then, at about 11:30 pm, two people knocked on my door, a man and a woman, and they identified themselves as housekeeping, so I foolishly opened. They were just total strangers. Nothing happened; they had just come to the wrong door, but it was a little scary nonetheless. I know I was a fool, but I suggest maybe implementing and posting a policy that hotel staff will never come to your room at night without calling first. That might have reminded me to be more careful.

It's in a good location, close to the best rated BBQ restaurant in Oklahoma, and easy to get to any other place you want to go. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. I had trouble locating the TV channels using the remote. I also didn't get the wake-up call that I asked for.

Breakfast had no sausage or bacon. The eggs were designed to go on the biscuits, which were a bit dry. They did have gravy though.

The fact that me and my kids couldn't drink or have drinks in pools area was hard cuz was extremely hard expressed to front office staff they said they didn't want clean up spills sry they were plastic cokes with lid

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were relatively nice. You truly get what you pay for.

The breakfast was subpar. The biscuits were over cooked and dry, the gravy was just plain white country gravy. There was no meat options. The pool was closed and we weren’t informed until we asked about it. We asked for extra pillows and a blanket, and they said they would have to charge us. They only gave us 4 towels for 3 days, when we asked for more they said they couldn’t get us any because the cleaners had already left. Every other Country Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at has been much better.

We were in OKC for a medical appointment. The hotel was located practically across the street. The desk clerk was quiet but professional. The facility and room very clean! Breakfast basic. The bed was so uncomfortable! I often visit different Country Inn and Suites and am usually very happy with them

Naomi, the front desk clerk, could not have done more to make my stay very pleasant! She made me new coffee. She gave me a room that was on the first floor and not far away, and all in all was just a lovely person to interact with 😊 had to leave at 4:00 so breakfast wasn't experience but it looked like a nice area. Also the pool is emptying that also look like that a nice place to see later in the year. The pillows and bedding could have been replaced but the rest was very nice. REALLY WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR SHUTTLE WORKING!

No shuttle. Which will cost me more than my room to park the car in it an airport parking place
