I had an amazing stay at Sleep Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was good, had a good selection for a continental breakfast. Area was kept clean & supplied. Location was within good distance of most downtown locations or attractions and an easy commute to them. Did not necessarily have to get on the interstate highways to get to them. We stayed during the week, and it was very quiet, good location to stay.

Was a little uneasy about a musty smell and the color of the water in the pool & spa. Wasn't sure if it was the water or the concrete surface causing the smell & discoloration. The activation button for the spa had a 5 min & a 10 min button but the 10 min one did not work. After the uneasiness and not so sure about the cleanliness of the water & only 5 mins of spa time, I decided to leave, but was really looking forward to a more relaxing time in the spa. Vending machines were in need of more selections or needed to be filled, I am not sure which, and I guess it has been a while since I bought from a vending machine, I thought the prices even for the convivence were extremely high. Bring your own snacks or food.

The staff and manager, Mike. They went out of their way before we even arrived to ensure our stay would be wonderful.

It is dated and needs some work, and the location is difficult to access. No fault of the staff!

The room was perfect for my daughter and 2 granddaughters

The shower was a great size but in the shower was a stool and it was bad shape pulled it down to set and the stool was cracked and dropped nasty flakes from inside

The room was very comfortable

There were some bugs in our room. A couple of knat type bugs and 2 bugs with hard shells on the bed

Very clean and comfy beds. Air worked great and all amenities were as expected. Housekeepers came often and no trouble.

I didn't not like anything.

The room was excellent … quiet, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was fine, with the exception of the biscuit sandwich. There were plenty of other options.

It's a tiny but secure place

The rooms are smaller than I thought, also the walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear all around you

Desk clerk was mopping and cleaning dining areas when I arrived. She immediately greeted and welcomed us. Her warm personality was such a welcome change in a apathetic world. The lady was professional and gracious. Loved the location right off I-44 and Classen. Classen is a straight shot and short drive downtown where we were attending a wedding.

The staff is nice if you need something they will get it for you

The shower was not clean neither was the toilet there was hair all over the place that wasn't mine
