The location of the hotel was in a Central location and very near my family that reside in OKC and the surrounding areas. There were plenty of stores to shop at and the area was very populated with a variety of different restaurants.

I don't like to get dressed to leave the hotel for breakfast. I prefer to go down, eat a traditional hot breakfast and return to my room. Your hotel chain only now serves the cold breakfast with the mostly bread and cold cereal. A hot waffle can be made, but that's time consuming and several people are standing in line just to make them for themselves. My family and I desire eggs, bacon, sausages, etc..... Therefore we dress and just go out to eat. It Costs a little more, but other than that, we were satisfied.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

When we got in the room. There wasn’t very many towels. I called down to the front desk to get more towels and the lady asked me why I needed more towels. There was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 1 wash clothes. When there is 2 people you need more than that. She was rude about it

Staff member that checked me in was pleasant and chatted with ease. Showers were hot Waffle maker Beds were comfortable All areas were clean

We really wished the TV would have been hooked to wifi for casting a movie from our phone.

The staff was great and the rooms were nice

The walking dead it look like somebody tried to push my door in on my box truck good thing I had a lock on it parking could be better for bobtail trucks other than that beside the junkies next door

The room was real nice . It was very clean

The person at the counter could not speak English to good, I had a hard time talking to her, the breakfast was just pan cake and a little fruit.

The hotel 🏨 is wonderful. Clean, good breakfast and the stuff were wonderful 👌.

The TV 📺 has only one channel and more channels are needed.

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable.

My husband did not like it. He can't stand the smell of weed and it just so happens the hotel is right next door to a dispensary.

Able to come and go as I please, very cozy beds

POOL IS NOT WORKING, isn’t even under construction, kitchenette cabinets and furniture are falling apart

Super nice staff, very nice facility and room, large room, high ceilings, comfortable beds and good pillows. These people are doing everything right.

There were some homeless people lurking nearby, but they do have security cameras so just park in front and it's fine.

The location to the outlet mall and restaurants

All of the homeless people around the area . Not enough handicapped parking .
