Clean and well designed hotel near the airport. Plenty of space for one person or a couple. Free coffee daily and a very good range of snacks from the shop in the hotel lobby. Across the street from a nice iHop, although you need to walk a little distance and then cross to be safe on a very large road - perhaps not so bad to burn off some of the pancakes! Lots of other food options via delivery services available. Only a short taxi/ride share ride to the airport. We had a tornado warning whilst I was there and the staff were very good at taking measures to ensure the safety of the guests.

Even though it was well designed overall, the desk design wasn't the best, a little awkward to work on, although still managed it. Overall a really nice place to stay.

The Tru is one of our preferred hotels to stay at. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always great, and there are plenty of choices for everyone.

The area we stayed at was not very safe at night. We were told by staff that we should park our car in front of the hotel. There was a large number of homeless people in the area. We have been moving across the country and had the rest of our things in the car. We did not sleep well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. As it was not expensive we expected a lower quality place. Tru by Hilton was everything we needed - fresh, clean, great facilities, a REAL hairdryer (fantastic), great toiletries, a good selection of foods for breakfast. Snacks and drinks and 24/7 coffee available in the lobby. We have nothing to complain about. We wish there were more like this where we are travelling.

Not a complaint, more like a suggestion: some towel rails in the bathroom would be helpful. There is plenty of room for them and it will help the towels dry more thoroughly, rather than hanging on hooks.

The staff was nice. The decor was nice. The bed was comfy!! The products in the bathroom were great!! Decent price for a comfy & clean place to stay!!

The bathroom sink was very loose and had low pressure. It also took a while to get hot. However the shower was great and got hot pretty quickly. The lights over the head of the bed were too bright. Could just use a lamp on each side table.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the stairwell (I prefer the stairs over the elevator) was well lit. Also, the staff was courteous and helpful.

The lighting in the room was a bit odd, and the batteries in the TV remote were out of power. Honestly, these are minor issues, though.

Right off of Route 40, but still very quiet. The hotel itself is super cute and very clean. Staff was wonderful from check-in to check out.

Neighborhood surrounding was a bit sketchy but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Everything was excellent and the staff very friendly. I wanted to stay another night but I had to continue my trip. I Would Return

Everything was fine, the gym despite being small has what you need.

Conviently lovated off the high way. The property was clean but dated. Breakfast was a perk, the gym equiptment was top notch.

The mattresses were firm and uncomfortable.

Very clean, modern but extremely comfortable. Staff were exceptional! Breakfast was great. Then entire experience was outstanding! Totally recommend!!!

The lobby and game area were messy and run down from the last time we stayed. The pool table and sticks were severely wore out.
