The rooms were very comfortable from beds to showers. Pillows were an odd square shape but ok. Breakfast was good. Folks in other reviews said the man was mean. I didn't get that from him. He was fine an kind. You get what you give in respect. No complaints.

Room was recently updated. Very clean and comfortable. Parking lot had security cameras and felt safe. Breakfast was basic and ok.

I loved the price, I loved the balcony Next time I wanna try to get a room by the pool. I liked the breakfast, and I loved the vibe It was quiet not too many funny activities going on I felt safe me and my husband will be coming back. I LOVE THE 12 CHECK OUT TIME!!!

Well, the coffee maker had no pot in it so after we woke up again after breakfast we couldn't make any coffee:(. ... the air would adjust it self it wouldn't stay cold and im a hot natured person so it was a little annoying to keep waking up to readjust the air. Besides those 2 small things we had a great time.

The room was clean,bed comfy, but it seems to take forever to get hot water for the shower and the sink.. the room keys worked good this trip. I still like the old style metal keys better tho. I loved that the guy helped fine my phone. By calling it while searched my truck and it was there.

The time I got there it was 9pm I had to carry all my stuff in. No cart was available and the handicapped spaces were used by cars n trucks not having proper stickers or plates or tags in the windows. I was exhausted when I finally got to my room much later. It seems like there's lots of homeless people around. And the next morning he stoepped my friend from coming to my room because he couldn't remember my last name. Yet he knew my room # and my 1st name. Kind of intrusive I think.

Location and staff were excellent! Driving from Houston to the location of the hotel in Oklahoma City was not difficult using my Google maps and had no problems staying at the hotel. Daniel ( front lobby staff ) greeted me when I arrived and felt at ease staying in the hotel. The facility provided the basic needs a guest like myself to stay comfortably in the hotel. Breakfast was also good and no complaints.

My room was located in the back and had a fenced off area for the parking lot which made for low foot traffic in a high foot traffic area of the city super plus for that! And the staff was friendly and engaging sometimes motel staff can be cold and robotic and I didn’t get that from this location also there was a balcony door I stayed on the bottom floor and it made it convenient to just run to my car or just chill when it rained or just let the morning light in I enjoyed that also there is a $50 deposit with a card and $100 cash just a heads up

Check in is quick. Howard Johnson is placed conveniently between access to highways, restaurants, and downtown. Also, breakfast. Howard Johnson competes with Denny's grandslams and Saddle back inn. All great places to eat breakfast. I can't say enough good about The Howard Johnson. I travel allot and stay at quiet a few Hotels. 2 star to 5 star facilities. It's better than a $650 room at the Marriott in Dallas/FtWorth. Front desk and management are exceptional.

The location is on Meridian. Not the best place to be around.

We enjoyed the stay for a couple of reasons. The room was spacious and seemed to be clean. We had a fridge and a microwave. There was also a patio facing the pool area where we enjoyed a drink after putting our son to bed. The breakfast in the morning was great, too.

The water of the A/C above us dropped on the middle of our patio and people from the balcony above us threw their cigarettes down on us. Also the blow dryer was broken. Small things to be fixed easily, nothing major.

It was terrible checking in the lady at the front was super unprofessional and very rude in various ways she first charged the wrong amount then tried to charge me again for a different amount even tho it was her mistake charging my card incorrectly. She then took her time to get our room keys room was not ready even tho check in said 2 and I checked in at 4/5 pm

It was on the ghetto side of town but the room was pretty clean for the most part just missing trash bags

Right from the get go, the young lady at reception was helpful, efficient and friendly. The rooms, while worn, were clean and smelled great. Plus, they were very affordable, a real value. The beds were super soft and the pillows were comfortable. Finally the complimentary breakfast was well stocked with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, all well made and delicious. If I am ever passing through OKC again, I'll be booking into the Howard Johnson's

Not much really. Like I said, you could tell the buildings had seen service for years, but seemed well maintained. The shower pressure was pretty amazing and the air conditioning did a nice job keeping the room cool. So nothing really to complain about. How about bigger coffee cups next time?
