I like that it was close to the expressway never other eating places close

The only problem that we had the TV in our room did not work we reported it to the front desk as we were going out for an event when we came back the TV still was not working I asked the front desk again he said he would send somebody up waiting waiting never came my daughter went down again he said I can move you to another room she said we've already unpacked why can't you just move another TV in the room he said okay and she stayed down there until the man that was going to do it came to do it we were not going to stay there two days with no TV the guy came in to replace the TV everything was good after that

Everything...spacious rooms that have everything I could ever need, very clean hotel, bug free smell fresh and clean, I love the breakfast is great as well

Unfriendly staff and very judging, unfortunately I was called a name (liar) for absolutely no reason, my friend gave me her room key to go pick up her work shirt, and I had a couple things that needed to grab that were mine and when I walked in the building I was stopped and asked where was I going and I said the room number and gave them my friends name and in return front desk guy said immediately how many people are up there and I said no one is and he called me a liar and went and searched the room while I had to stand down the hall, I am a 52 yr old Lady who is a business owner and Always believe in doing the right things, I would Never have anything to lie about ,, I am also very professional and staff was anything but that unfortunately

The property was wonderful, the room was great and the staff was kind and helpful. The comfort and cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations. For the money, you cannot find better value. This hotel would be my first choice if traveling through the area again.

The only thing that was less than optimal was the neighborhood the property was in. It was great that it was right off the highway, but the area around the hotel was drug and homeless seedy and I would not have felt comfortable outside at night. I worried about my car and its contents.

The bed and room were amazing, the kitchennet came very handy for our work related travelling. We cook alot would encourage more additional cookware supplied in rooms to accommodate those who book for the sake of the kitchenette. The front desk girl could be a little more welcoming.. overall a very good stay for the price we paid. Didn't get to experience the breakfast as much since I was always in a rush to work/training but hubby enjoyed it alot. Lots of people across the other side of the hotel walk day and night and sometimes gather in a group and it's questionable but Hawthorne has nothing to do with them because we observed. We will definitely come back. A very nice stay for the price. I would highly recommend it.

Crowds across the street walking or gathering esp in the evenings . They mind their own business so no harm is posed.

Comfortable spacious clean room and friendly helpful staff, especially when we arrived in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet was also very good. This is one of the few hotels that offers a free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport that really saved us since the car rentals are closed at night. We would book this hotel again.

We also booked this hotel because it has a pool but unfortunately it was closed because of construction but this was not disclosed at the time of booking. The shuttle service doesn't provide car seats for babies/kids and the hotel should disclose this before booking (you can bring your own)! One of the drivers dropped us of at the wrong car rental a mile away from the airport the next morning. The breakfast service ended rather early in the morning. Also the hotel is right next to a gas station that attracts a lot of weird people at night so the parking lot didn't feel too safe.

The staff is wonderful.They are always smiling and very professional.They have been quite accommodating during my stay.The staff keeps the property very clean.

I am fine with the property.I wouldn’t stay here if I didn’t feel safe.But the hotel is in a big city.So you will see the usual things you see in a big city.This can’t be helped. But I am just being honest.But I have had no safety concerns inside of the actual hotel.

Clean up to date hotel, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and exceptionally nice.

So not sure if this is just this hotel or not but I was called en route to the hotel, about 4 hours prior to arrival and told they had overbooked and they were sorry. After 'negotiating' with the hotel staff lady, I was able to get them to honor the reservation, but with the caveat that they may have to call me back and or find me a room at another hotel. SO that was kinda stressful. They were pleasant but when she was on the phone I got the distinct impression that she was calling many people to give them bad news. YMMV 😁👍

There are plenty of good things I would love to say about Hawthorn suits , let me start off by saying that our stay here has been the most comfortablest ! I have stayed at many hotels and not one has been as comfortable as Hawthorn, the staff are amazing especially Gisel and letty they will go beyond to help anyone in their needs to make your stay as best as can be .. I would definitely recommend this place to be your go to hotel for all times when needed ! The breakfast is amazing , housekeeping is good rooms are always clean , this place has the best service ever , the bathrooms have all ur needs its not like ur ordinary typical hotel where u go and they give u one off brand soup a couple of towels , you get the real deal here good quality shampoo and conditioner quality bars of soup and lotion 👌 its the best... highly recommend this place !

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and nicely appointed

The lights in the room were too bright and could not be adjusted. My room key, although set for three days, had to be re-keyed every day. Not earth shattering but highly inconvenient. When I went down for breakfast the first day there was no food available and it appeared no one was available to replenish the offerings. For me, this isn't earth shattering. I brought food with me. But highly inconvenient.

Room was clean clean and it had all the kitchen appliances and dishes, silverware you would need

The staff was at times rude, like the person working the breakfast. Because at around 7:30 she spoke to the lady working front counter to have her approach my friend that is staying in room with me, and ask her if she has a room here and for some reason singled out of a rather large breakfast crowd. Which embarrassed her. And even after she told them she does they then asked what room and and went to verify it. When I came down to met her they didn't ask me. I believe that my friend was discriminated against due to her appearance which led them to for some reason imply that she couldn't possibly have a room here
