The location is tucked back and quiet. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was decent, and there was always hot coffee in the lobby. Breakfast is 5:30am to 9am. Consists of waffle maker, biscuits and sausage gravy, 2 kinds of cereal, frosted flakes, and raisen bran. Oatmeal packs, bagels, muffins, toast, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt. Condiments; salt. Pepper, butter, syrup, jam/jelly, cream cheese. Drinks are coffee, tea, milk, orange, apple, and cranberry juice. Vending machines and ice machine. Indoor pool and fitness area. Washer/dryer for laundry. Overall, I would stay again.

One staff member was rather rude and nosy. But overall, everyone was nice, polite, and attentive.

I AM A CAREER MILITARY IN OkC FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND HAD STAYED 3 NIGHTS AT THE HOTEL WITH NO INCIDENTS. MOST OF THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE WELL QUALIFIED AND PROFESSIONALS. MRS ALBA LACKS IN THOSE AREAS. SHE DOES NOt TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. WE, THE PAYING CUSTOMERS DESERVE TO BE ADDRESSED AND TREATED WELL AND NOT BASED ON OUR PHYSICAL APPEARANCE, LOOKS OR BACKGROUND THI IS AMERICA THE COUNTRY I SERVED FOR OVER 30 YEARS IN CIVIL AND MILITARY CAPACITIES AND EVERY HUMAN BEING DESERVE RESPECT TO INCLUDE MYSELF. PATRICIA ALBA NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED FOR HER UNETHICAL ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR.

The staff was amazing! They were nice and always willing to answer questions or help! The breakfast was small but satisfying! And even though it was so close to the hotel and even the highway (which made for easy access to both) it was not noisy at all. The beds were clean and comfortable. And even though it was a little outdated, I could tell from the pictures and they were pretty dead on! So there were no surprises there. I would definitely stay here again!!!

My little mini fridge had the little "freezer" part broken off, and when I took a picture and showed the young lady down stairs (because I did not want them to think I had done it) she said no worries. The shower door had definitely seen better days and I was afraid to move the pocket door for the bathroom, but did not worry about it because I was staying alone. Despite these few problems and the out of date style, it still exceeded my expectations of an inexpensive hotel.

The location for my job was perfect. Was back and forth to work in 10 minutes tops

I’m a smoker. I didn’t mind going outside to smoke a cigarettes, but to get back into the hotel made me feel like I was an inconvenience to the front desk clerk. Was hoping I could have used my key card to get back in. I tried to stay active and exercise but cleaning carts were were jammed up by the door and the treadmill does not work.

Very nice room, comfortable and immaculately cleaned. I could find nothing wrong. I expected something to be somehow less than expected because the price was super cheap compared to all the others in town but it was better than expected. This was our second stay here, and we will stay here again when we need an overnight in the City. It’s a smaller property nestled between some other recognized National name properties. There’s no homeless people wandering the area and the location is nearby to several points of interest and shopping.

If I had to say anything it would be there weren’t any king size beds available, But at the price I paid it didn’t matter and we never use the entire bed surface anyway.

The staff is incredibly friendly.

The hotel is older and needs more updating. The beds are hard and pillows are lumpy. However, for the price it is worth it. Breakfast is not great. Gravy from a can and biscuits as the hot food. There is a waffle maker. Some of the guests are obviously down on there luck and live there. As a single woman traveling at first I was a little unsure but my work brings me to town 3 or 4 days a week and this is where I stay every visit. It is a great deal.

The location was great I was close to work and to Walmart and dollar store and had plenty of choices to eat out around the area. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was good.

I didn't like and I don't know if it's in all the rooms or just the single king and queen rooms but the bathroom doesn't have a door on it which wasnt too bad bc I traveled alone but if I had just one other person I would like a door

The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly. I especially like the gentleman at the front desk. He is kind & professional.

We wanted to extend our stay for 1 additional night, but the request was denied. I'm certain all rooms are sold out due to NBA final, decisive game this weekend.

Hotel was modern and very clean...desk clerk acted a bit weird...seemed to doubt I had reservation had to show him my confirmation to prove I had made reservation ...never had a desk clerk act the way he did and was seen outside later with a lady by the dumpster by my fiancee....other than stay was awesome wish there were more of these hotels around my area and other places I travel too....price was great....could have had more towels but other than that was no complaints....

Desk clerk was kinda rude to my fiancee...fiancee ask if there was bathroom downstairs he could use while I was checking in desk clerk told him it was for guests only...I was like what the heck are we but he was even trying to say I didn't have reservations which I did.....

They offer good breakfast with waffles, biscuits & gravy,, bagels, eggs, but no meat. The rooms were clean and I didn't find any bugs in or outside the hotel.

There was just a lot of noise early in the morning during the week the hotel was really friendly with the exception of the night girl from 11pm to 7am. She was very rude
