The Hotel and room were as expected, the location was great as there was no road noise from I-40, the breakfast was good but small, the staff was friendly and professional.

The lady who picked up when I called asking for the location of the hotel was very rude and unprofessional, and I could barely understand her, she had to be Hispanic or Indian with that thick of an accent, VERY RUDE! The pool was closed which was a downside, The address listed for this hotel is completely wrong! Waze and Google Maps took us to the middle of nowhere to a semi truck service area when the hotel was 3 exits down the highway near a cracker barrel restaurant, last thing was the very strong smell of Marijuana when we first checked into our room in the halls and common areas, it did go away but it was very unpleasant for sure

The value! Got a king suite for under $60! It was very clean, smelled clean, room was big, bed was comfy. Location was good. Breakfast wasn't much, but had plenty of hot coffee. As long as my room is clean and cheap, I don't care if the breakfast is lacking! Staff was fantastic! Three different people were working the desk when we were there, and they were all super nice and accommodating. We were there because my son was in a car accident and was in OU Trauma. All of the staff was very compassionate, concerned, asked how he was doing everyday, if there was anything they could do for us, etc. It meant a lot.

The bed was comfy and the facility was clean. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom door didn't shut tight. Needed repair, evidently for awhile now. A step down from the Baymont we stayed at in New Mexico, but still pretty nice. The breakfast in New Mexico additionally had sausage and scrambled eggs, which made an indelible impression. We expected if one Baymont offered that, they all would, so that was disappointing. Still, it was a good value and comfortable.

Location was good for us(just passing thru), the front desk attendant was super nice, the room was huge, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was ok-basic free hotel breakfast is what u can expect. All in all it was a good overnight stay

The young man that worked the desk in the evenings was the absolute most polite and nicest hotel clerk I've ever seen! Good job payment for hiring him!

Terri was awesome. We were traveling with our dogs and got us in a 1st floor room with fewer people around it. Comfortable room, quiet. So glad we got there

Had to stay under bad circumstances, but staff was very accommodating and very encouraging. Very clean, beds were comfy, good location, and great value.

There are lots of cameras even on the Parking lot. Another guess told us that they allowed her dog with a SMALL fee!

We checked in after 10pm, Doors to the lobby lock and are only accessible with a room card. Had to knock several times in different occasions so that the lady sitting on the counter will look my way and allowed me access. When signing the agreement reads if you did not let then know you had a pet they will do an additional $150 which is way more than the room price.

Friendly staff. Food was good.

These no bags for the ice bucket. No cups. That was ok though the stay was good.

Very clean on the inside .. room was very clean .

The outside needs work .. you would never know it looks like that on inside based on the outside ..
