We had a wonderful time at Okana. Very clean and fun. Check in staff was wonderful (especially Jarrett). Very spacious rooms and they provide soaps/body wash/lotion and it actually smelled nice. They do have some opening/growing pains going on, but I am confident they will work it all out as they get off the ground. It is so nice to have a destination for Okies to enjoy a staycation for kids instead of having to drive out of state.

The water was a bit cold for indoors. Some rides weren’t as cold as others, but the lazy river and wave pool was too cold to enjoy. Coffee in rooms lacks cream. I’m a coffee drinker and had to be up early for a work meeting. It would have been nice to have some sort of coffee cart (or cream and flavors in your room) available prior to 7am when the market opens or open the market earlier.

The property was very clean and service was excellent! Anytime we needed anything the staff were extremely helpful and quick with a resolution. Our room was spacious and well stocked. The limited access to floors, you had to your wristband to access elevators, and the seclusion of the resort/hotel was very top tier. Concierge was friendly and there was an option to check bags and go to the waterpark and entertainment early and you then receive a text when your room is ready. There were restaurants throughout the entertainment side. The food was amazing. The restaurants were impressive, exceeded my expectation for a family resort. We tried Okana Candy Co twice, Chido and Jack Rabbit, oh and the chicken place inside the waterpark- better than ChicFilA! We got a courtesy 300 playing points ($300) with our purchase of $80 for $100 in points. So we had a total of $400 in gaming, my kids played until they couldn’t anymore. The games were expensive. Starting at $8 and going up to $40 per game. Most ranged from $8-$16 but $100 wouldn’t have gotten us far. There is laser tag, a mirror maze and an escape room so the fun is endless if you include that with the amazing waterpark.

Some features weren’t available yet, and the WiFi was inaccessible during our stay, but there was so much to do our kids, ages 9,5, and 2, did not complain. I think most of the challenges we experienced like the WiFi, short staffing, longer waits during check in and out, and food running out (no waffle fries, no waffle cones, etc) were due to the fact that it just recently opened, but that gives us something to look forward to on our next trip. Especially when the Laguna opens up! It was mostly tarped over and they were still doing construction.

We absolutely had a great time, the taco place was terrible and extremely overpriced. Loved the ice cream. The pools were fun too. I definitely think it’s extremely overpriced for what you get though. The convenience of what is offered does not really justify the price to this place.

The price. Kind of inconveniently laid out as well. Also wish there were better hours for the pools. You’re paying to be there to swim, waiting until almost noon to be able to do that kind of ridiculous.

I like the fact that the property had everything in one from the hotel to a nice day to the restaurant. Everything you need all in one.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel charge for everything and it’s a little expensive so be mindful if you’re there with a lot of children that everything is very expensive and I don’t like the fact that everything is cashless so you will have to charge it to your room or a card

The entire resort smelled SO GOOD! The beds were extremely comfortable, including the sofa bed. The water park was beyond our expectations.

The breakfast buffet at the Jack Rabbit was pretty small but pricey. We paid $120 for two adults and three kids for biscuits and gravy, bacon/sausage, frozen and heated pancakes and waffles, and scrambled eggs. There was also a small selection of fresh fruit and yogurt.

It was a nice weekend getaway.

We traveled with a 10 year old, 2 year old and a 2 month old and we were unaware, maybe due to fault of our own, that the outdoor pool had no shade and that "floaties" were not allowed. It made it hard to be a family when not everyone could be together outside.

It was small not as big as the videos make it look . Over price for drinks & nothing free for the kids been that we stayed & paid money to not even get free breakfast.. for everything yu Must pay

I loved most everything about the park. Con the room wouldn’t cool down set at 68 and still woke up hot. Other than that the food was great the entertainment from the live singers was amazing. Over all a wonderful place for families to spend quality time together.

Good breakfast but expensive, I think $30.00 was a little excessive for a buffet.

Everything!! Staff was super friendly, everything is modern and clean. Loved the food, slides were great. Lifeguards take their jobs very seriously and made sure everyone was safe
