The staff were ALL SUPER NICE & HELPFUL. Upon entering the hotel, the smell was VERY FRESH AND CLEAN !! This is the first thing I judge a hotel by, the smell. Our room was very clean and spacious. We were in need of nothing .. Everything was there.

I wasn't a fan of all the dark brown colors in the room. It was very dark .. this is depressing to me. I prefer lighter colors to brighten the room and my mood.

Good ol authentic southern friendliness; the ample square footage, chairs, and pillows; the value of facilities compared to a sensible price for the evening stay; the added touch of free incidentals was a wonderful surprise. Special thanks to Sami with here welcoming reception and Lydia (housekeeping?) with here genuine smile "hello."

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious. The kitchen area is very functional and the refrigerator/freezer is full-sized. We really love the size of the desk and counter space -that makes a huge difference. I wouldn’t say it’s the friendliest staff ever, but that doesn’t matter quite as much as having our other needs met, which they were.

Good location, super clean

Check-in time was at 3pm. We showed up at 3 and was told they were busy and that our room was not clean yet and to give them 30 minutes. We left and came back at 4pm and they were still working on our room. Everything was great except not being able to check into our room at the correct time because we were tired from traveling and wanted to rest.

Facility was clean, beds we’re comfortable, bathroom was clean

There weren’t accessible rooms. When I asked if one was available I was told that they only had one, ok. So I asked about a shower chair I was told the one they had was attached to the wall, what? So, there was no shower for me. The other issue was our room was given away to someone else. We were upgrade to two queen beds so my wife and I slept in two different beds. Maybe that’s why she like it?

The staff was very friendly and helpful, The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good for the purpose of our visit.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Free washers and dryers were a wonderful addition. Staff was exceptionally pleasant.

Claudia at the front desk was so wonderful and definitely made my stay more comfortable from check in and throughout the stay.

Great rooms. Nice selection of food. And great coffee. Very convenient with stores near by.
