I was there for the OCA conference and it was a great stay. The bartenders were friendly the evening of my stay and made a great skinny margarita and a shot of some kind that someone ordered. The rooms were clean which is very important.
The only thing that I think could have been improved are the restrooms in the conference area. Several were out of order and the sinks sprayed water everywhere which made water splash up onto us. Doesn't look professional when there for a professional event.

Everybody was really nice it was a nice clean room I like the bar downstairs the beds were very comfortable everything was clean
I didn't like that the microwave was not in my room and the toilets were very short

Did not have breakfast, but breakfast and bar area were bright and clean. Room and hotel were comfortable. One staff member was unpleasant but Sheraton immediately worked to reach out and resolve. Management is sincerely guest-oriented toward each individual’s travel needs. Roomkeepers were always friendly and kind. Overall, a pleasant stay, bright clean place, and generally friendly.
