Breakfast was simple and uncomplicated. Had to ask for syrup (bottles empty) and sausage—there was only 1 piece. Overall, it was fine. Staff was kind and helpful. Bedroom and suite were spacious! Loved it!

Deadbolt to adjoining door room did not lock properly, and we had another unknown guest from adjoining room trying to enter our room. Also, our hotel room was locked and bolted, but someone attempted to enter our room around 10:30, a woman who was talking loudly, and got as far as our safety lock. We called the front desk, who deactivated all keys for that room. We were rather concerned after that. Not sure how this could happen as we had both keys, and we’d attempted to lock all doors well.

Cleanliness was very good. It was well kept up. The man working in the breakfast area kept food supply stocked and he kept the dining area exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff.

The A/C in my room was old and didn’t keep the humidity out of the room. It was difficult to adjust. Several flies were in the hotel (eating area and my room).

We were there for 3 nights. They said they won’t come to our room unless we ask. We asked on the day before the last day to get clean towels and we never did. So we only had 4 large clean towels for 2 people for 4 days.

Breakfast was good but the same every day. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

I booked this specifically because I stay there every time I go to Oklahoma. This time the bed was very hard and they had filled in the hot tub. I didnt like that booking charged me $366 for 3 nights and the property is $66 a night either.

We love the general manager!!! Very close to food and shopping. Clean room and common areas. Like that the hotel is pet friendly.

Our room was on the first floor and by the elevator and late arrivals (10 pm until midnight) could be heard and that disrupted sleep for us and our puppy. Perhaps we should have requested a room on an upper floor far away from the elevator.

Perfect spot, right around all the restaurants and the mall, very clean and staff was amazing, pool was amazing, my 4 year old grandson races dirt bikes, we’re from Texas and drove down and stayed from 2-6 thru 2-9

Breakfast was great. Good food and variety of choices. The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were so clean with beautiful decor. Desk staff, housekeeping, and kitchen staff super friendly and personable, going above the usual hi to converse with guests. Wonderful experience!

Cannot think of anything that could have been better!

No opinion about food service since I didn't eat breakfast; however, the area looked in inviting, clean, and had a nice assortment of food. I appreciated having a luggage rack in place so no luggage had to be set on the floor.

No snack bar or deli, as had been advertised.

The facility was great. Very clean & comfy. Room was large, well designed and bed slept great! Pretty decent breakfast too

My only complaint, and its been the same the past three times I've stayed is that the internet is not great in the rooms on the 2nd floor. I mean I have had to turn my wifi off on my phone to surf or scroll online.

the walk in shower ran all over the bathroom, shower head should have been installed on side of shower instead on the back wall of the shower pointing inside the room.It should of had the floor tilted toward the drain instead into the bathroom. Make a big mess we had to clean up but still left floor wet.
