It was a good sized suite. Our first room had a dripping shower with water in the floor. The receptionist quickly and efficiently changed our rooms. The couches were stained in both rooms so we didn't use it. The bathroom was clean. We were in the room only long enough to sleep. The hotel is convenient to attending events in Shawnee.

This is a modern updated Hotel with all the features for swimming and exercise. We had to leave before the breakfast room was open but it appeared to be the normal excellent breakfast provided by the other Comfort Inns

We were given an accessible room for the elderly and disabled. However, our room was connected to the adjoining room with double doors which enabled us to easily hear the children and parents talking on the other side of the door. Thankfully the children were not yelling or shouting but it was very uncomfortable hearing their voices through the double doors.

I did not stay at your hotel at this time. I had previously stayed there but the room offered was not the room I had reserved and when I went inside it seemed dirty and so I left and went to another facility

It's a little dated and old

I didn't like the breakfast. I like to think I eat pretty healthy. There wasn't much to choose from if you were looking for "healthy". The only fruit available was in bad shape. I was hoping for a banana and asked for one, but only old-looking oranges were availble. Disappointment overall with the breakfast.

Updated. New paint.

Although they were in the process of updating and our room was completely updated. But they didn’t replace the curtains. Drapes looked old and dirty. Sheets were torn and had holes in them.

The king “suite” was a large comfortable room, although not an actual suite. The couch and coffee table were nice for a takeout meal. The breakfast was adequate. Bed was comfortable, towels were big and fluffy.

Check in was easy and the person at the desk was friendly & polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and had plenty of pillows. Lots of room. Ice machine in working order. Close to area restaurants & gas.

They are remodeling, and it shows... details such as paint over the edges... the wall above the AC was falling out. The drapes were old... the tiles in the bath were not grouped properly on the edges... I could see it will be very nice when it is finished.....I was warned they were remodeling..

This was a great place to stay after a very long day. The breakfast area was clean and the food fresh.

The ac unit sounded like it was a jet engine taking off each time it came on.

Breakfast was very good. Many options to choose from. Location was great. Right off the highway.
