It takes courage to leave the Netherlands and open a B&B in a small town in Le Marche region. Or perhaps it takes love, that love for this Italian region that Peter demonstrates every day. Ask him for a nice place where to eat, for a medieval village worth a visit or for the best beach in the nearby: he will be happy to share his passionate knowledge! The B&B in the perfect place for recharging your barriers and escaping the daily routine. The swimming pool and the garden are really beautiful, the breakfast is rich and tasty, the apartment is fully equipped.

Peter was an excellent host. He was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and accommodating and he offered us great experiences for our stay. In terms of the room, the wifi was fast, the shower was great (amazing water pressure) and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In terms of the property, the pool was lovely and there were lots of spaces to relax. It was also well located to explore many different towns and areas of Marche.

We really liked everything! We have stayed in a lot of nice placed, but this one has something magic. The atmosphere is wonderfull! Hosts are wonderfull family from Holland. They will do everything they can to make your holliday perfect. They even bought a night pot for our little girl and made a party with presents for her 2nd birthday. Peter's reccomendations about Marche were very usefull, my google information hasn't so mush value:)) We stayed in the apartmanent, which was very well desinged. We had everything we need (even kids toys!) and the bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner service is very good and Peter has a good taste in wine. We are really happy that we met this wonderfull couple. Il postto perfecto is a place to be!

You are in the country side, so there a lot of mosquitos and other insects. If you are allergic take the medicine and cosmetics for protection.

Everything perfect!

Karin&Peter were very kind and polite, helped with everything we asked. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was very clean, but very small. Very quiet and picturesque view.

No AC in the room, unfortunately. It was insanely hot in the house at night, although outside was pretty cool in the evening. We slept all the period with the fan on all night. The house was too far from everything, the access road very troublesome. The mosquito nets were broken, and we were bitten by a wasp one night. Not the best travel experience for us. Or maybe we've just been unlucky.
