We stayed at a comfortable and spacious room. The property has its own private parking at no additional cost, which we needed, and the breakfast offered was perfectly fine. We could also use the kitchen facilities and the owner was attentive and nice. We requested to stay for a little longer, as our ferry departed late at night from Ancona, and he managed to accommodate us the best he could. We had a great experience.

Great location for the airport, good parking and a pleasant room.

The property was manged remotely. This is fine when picking up keys outside normal hours, but limited the quality of the breakfast. There was so much plastic wrapping up a big range of ultra processed supermarket breakfast snacks.

The breakfast room was well set up for self-service, which was good in our case because we had to leave at 4:30am for a 6:00am flight. The location was excellent - the trip to the airport was under 10 minutes. The area is beautiful, and the simple room was well appointed and comfortable. But best of all was the hospitality - Filippo was welcoming and very helpful.

The parking lot is a little tight, but it was great to have free parking. We wish there had been someone to eat within walking distance but we did find a wonderful pizzeria a short distance away - Bar Pizzeria Duca e Novelli.

We loved everything. The hosts are responsive, helpful and kind. The breakfast is very good and the room had everything we needed and was immaculate. Secure parking and really handy for the motorway with very nice views over the countryside. Very highly recommend.

The owner was really willing to support our stay with info about walking and dining… also our early departure (6:00) was because of the self service breakfast no trouble.

There is a busy road, where the locals drive harder than they should.

The owners were so kind and they helped us a lot. The room and kitchen were very clean and beautiful. I and my mom enjoyed staying here a lot. Also, they booked a taxi for us because our flight was very early next day. Thank you very much!

we were warmly welcomed by the owner it was convenient near the harbour of Ancona and near enough to the autostrada we asked for a place to have dinner and were directed to a place where the food was excellent

it could not have been better as it is something you do not have any influence on. The road was a bit noisy

It was fine for a diy breakfast. Very continental not necessarily to Brtish taste. A boiled egg would have been nice!

The sign for La Grancia wasn' t obvious. We arrived after dark. Maybe a light showing the sign.

Great stay, super friendly family, late check-in was possible. A very nice B&B for one night!

Consider this to be not more than a suggestion. 😊 The breakfast could use a little more ‘love’ for the price. For my personal taste there was way too much plastic. Everything was packed in foil. You could ask your guest in advance if they want to have breakfast and what they want to avoid throwing too many things away. Just a suggestion to reduce alle the plastic waste. 😉

Nice to rest after long flight to Ancona. Great self serve breakfast. Owner very friendly and drive me to train station the next morning
