We liked the service of the reception staff. Helped us book a lovely restaurant in Ancona and ordered us a taxi as our Italian wasn't proficient enough. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The shower worked well, the internet worked well as did the TV. Everything was fine for our overnight stay. Breakfast included some lovely cakes and pastries, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, yoghurt, stewed fruits, some fresh fruit, some tea varieties, coffee out of a machine.

Be aware it's quite away out of Ancona centre and old town (it was fine for our needs).

Good for our overnight stay after arriving on the ferry to Ancona. Nice breakfast with many options such as a variety of cakes, croissants, coffees, teas, yoghurt, fruits, scrambled eggs, bacon. I couldn't see gluten free options but I'm sure I could've asked if I needed to. We also liked that the hotel has a lovely restaurant for dinner. The food was tasty and the service was really attentive and friendly. The hotel was in a good spot for us to easily get out of Ancona and drive in the right direction to where we were heading. We liked the underground secure parking because we could leave our big luggage in the car without being too concerned and we only took our overnight bags into the room. The TV and internet worked well. The hot water came quickly and didn't run out. The hair dryer had good power. The room was clean. The temperature of the room was comfortable for the season. We've stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

No real negatives. If I had to find something, the shower was a bit old and tired, could do with a renovation but it was definitely clean. The bed was a bit too firm for me but fine for an overnight stay.

Have given high rating all round as I was using after evening arrival of ferry from Greece before continuing journey next morning could not have been more convenient to ferry terminal and onward travel North. Out of Anconca in adjacent town in residential area. Quiet and looked a decent area. Not to be compared to a city centre location but perfect for as described

Large room and double bed - all very clean. Excellent restaurant with good variety of choices on the menu. Breakfast was the standard "continental" style with plenty of choice. Have stayed here before due to its proximity to the port (3Km) and will definitely stay again.

Seating in the bar area is very comfortable but there are no tables so glasses have to be placed on the floor.

On arrival, the hotel looked modern, clean and well organised. The check in did not disappoint as a very pleasant receptionist had my room card ready, all good so far. My room was on the third floor and had no view to speak of but as I arrived in the dark it wasn't a problem. After a very refreshing shower in a good sized bathroom I had a very reasonably priced drink in the bar before a very pleasant and very filling meal with wine and coffee in the hotel restaurant. On return to the room I turned on the AC with no response, after a few attempts I assumed, as many hotels do, it had been turned off for winter. I tried sleeping with the window open but the sound of bottle banks being emptied and locals talking (shouting) meant the window got closed and I finally slept in a very warm room. All problems of the previous night were forgotten on sight of the breakfast buffet, typically Italian but with bacon and scrambled eggs for those of us that require more fuel. A pleasant surprise was the provision of good quality Breakfast tea and really hot (not the usual tepid offering) water to make it. A very good start to the day.

As I was informed that it could have been my fault that the AC did not work due to the window not being closed properly. Instructions for operating the AC in multiple languages may help.

It was a really good hotel with a delicious breakfast and fabulous customer service. The breakfast staff were attentive and super friendly. The room was cleaned in between our stay and honestly, it was like walking in to a new room- very clean. Everyone was friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The local beach is only 10 minutes walk which is a great asset to the accommodation.

This was not a problem really, but it would be nice to be informed about the tourist tax on arrival rather than on check out when we were nearly out the door rushing out and it looked like we were trying to avoid paying. I felt little uncomfortable. I would like to be told things like this + prices in mini bar on check-in. It’s just so everyone is clear.

Great 2-night stay in Ancona. We booked a family room (2 adults, one kid) and were given a set of 2 adjoining rooms, which was great! The rooms were spacious enough to feel comfortable and everything was clean. The restaurant offers a pretty big breakfast spread, which was included in our room rate, we also had a decent dinner there. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

First time we have stayed at this hotel, but wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Room was decent size with all facilities advertised - room and bathroom both clean and tidy . Restaurant had a good choice of menu options, whilst breakfast was the standard "continental type"

Would like to have seen tables in the bar area for placing drinks on. Very comfortable sofa's in the bar area but had to place our glasses on the floor. Not a big problem but something I think should be addressed.

Friendly and welcoming, great communications. Above what I expected for breakfast. It’s a budget hotel that is very convenient for travelling via Ancona ( close to ferry port and airport). The late opening bar was a bonus!

It’s a little tired and the rooms could be modernised but everything you need is there.

They need to put attention to the a/c We were lucky , is spring season, the temperature is pleasant and we slept with open window. . By the way we didn't report this issue, during the day we were outside, only nights spent inside .
