Nice large room with a double and single bed with a large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Our host was extremely friendly and provided a delicious breakfast including an assortment of meats, bread, fruit, yogurt, homemade jams and cake and really good cappuccino.

Nothing to complain about the room itself but it is very noisy with the windows open due to the proximity of the busy road and train track. However most of the noise was blocked out with the windows closed and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool.

I loved this place, Pedro and Silvia are great! They take care of every single detail, this place is perfectly located in front of the beach, there are restaurants and coffee shops around the area. It's a really clean and nice place, they serve an abundant breakfast that includes fruit, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, toast, pancakes, butter and different kinds of marmalade and nutella. I had an appointment the day I checked in and, as I was a little late, Pedro offered to take me there to get in time. He also drove me to the train station the day I checked out. I would definitely stay with them again, thanks a lot!🤗🙏

Everything was perfect!

The property itself was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and with great ocean views. The owners and staff were lovely and very welcoming. They let us leave our bags early before check in, even offering us coffee. Every was super clean and we woke up to an incredible breakfast with home made sweets.

We loved everything about the property itself, the only down fall is the town itself as it’s quite bare. Although it was only 10-15 drive from Ancona.

The hospitality, the location and the view. We shared a stunning kitchen and were served a great breakfast in the morning. Restaurants, Pubs and Supermarket are all within one street block. We appreciated the safe off-street parking.

The passing train was quite noisy at times. The mattress was very soft.

The accommodation is easily accessible. Nice spacious room and bathroom, everything was perfectly clean. The hostess prepared a delicious breakfast. There is a large free parking lot next to the house. The center of Ancona is 10 minutes away by car. I recommend to everyone!

Checkin/out very fast with friendly owners who live on same 2nd floor of small building, lovely breakfast with homemade pastries and available early, which was perfect as we had early departure flight (we had at 7 but I'm sure the owners would adapt to needs), just over 10 minutes drive from airport with sea/beach view. On main road with train track also but didn't disturb our sleep (just take earplugs if in doubt :)

Lovely clean room and bathroom with a great view over the seaside. Patrizia was a friendly and welcoming host and we were very comfortable. My daughter loved the nearby beach facilities and I appreciated the supermarket just a few steps away and the restaurant underneath. Breakfast was good and we would love to stay again if possible.

Patrizia we loved staying with you but because we normally take the ferry from Ancona to Greece we have never had reason before to stay overnight in Ancona. If you could only move your property from Ancona to around Parma or Reggio Emilia we would see you four times a year, thank you for a great stay.

Everything was good. The Breakfast was too good. The room had an excellent beach view, and the beach was within walking distance.

Parking was in an underground garage which was good. It was easy to drive into the centre of Ancona and to the ferry port. Breakfast was plentiful.

The apartment was just across the road from a busy railway line.However you got used to the trains at night.

The hosts live on the same floor and are extremely flexible in terms of check in time. The place is charming and the room and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The location is just a 15 minutes drive form the port of Ancona, so very convenient for people who need to take a ferry the morning after. The possibility of parking in a secured garage is very important if you travel with a loaded car with a foreign license plate. Finally, breakfast was surprisingly varied and offered several options given the price of the stay.

The surroundings are quite bleak. If you go there thinking of a holiday by the seaside, you might be disappointed.
