The hotel is absolutely beautiful; it is easy to park even with a larger car. The whole area around the building is tranquil and calm. The room was very spacious and the view was lovely.

While the building is beautiful, the interior is somewhat not in line with the pricing. At the breakfast area they have - not too comfortable - plastic chairs and tables, which would make sense in the garden, but not inside, also looks out of place in such a historic building. The bathrooms are nice, but the workmanship is poor; the toilet is slightly moving, and as it is a “floating” construction, feels a bit unsafe.

Loved the hotel, the staff were so kind and helpful. We needed a kettle but if we'd asked they would have given us one. Love the position but really needed the car. A taxi from old town Ancona cost E30. However the lovely staff took us one way. Beautiful grounds and great breakfast.

No fridge in room. Really need it for water. It's a long way from Old town Ancona. Too far to walk.

Perfect for our stopover, quiet, close to the airport and the city, beautiful surrounding (park/garden) with sea view, where we had breakfast. Service was great - a special thanks to Linda, who arranged everything for our very late arrival, including a cab and the deposition of the key to our room. Our room was simple, but clean and absolutely sufficient for our short stay overnight. A car is recommended, and though you can see the sea, it’s not exactly within easy walking distance, but we heard that there is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the beach.

A gorgeous building, up a small hill from the water, a short drive to the airport, which was my reason for staying as I had an early flight the following day. The hotel has a restaurant, and there are other dining options a short drive (or a nice walk) away. Very nice marble bathrooms. If you need to be close to the airport, why not stay in a beautiful hotel?

The rooms were quite small, the bed especially so - for the price, one would have hoped for a bit more there.

A beautiful historical building with spacious rooms. Great bathroom. The location is lovely as it’s high on the hill with views of the water. Breakfast was plentiful - great coffee!

We were only there one night -we wish we could have stayed longer.

Before becoming a hotel it was a School for girls run by Nuns and a little of that is still in the walls of the building. A great hotel find with lovely mature grounds in an elevated position giving a cooling evening breeze.

On my first stay it was hard to find but now it is on google maps it's OK. I have no negative comments

An unexpected highlight of my stay was the availability of a free shuttle that took us to the nearby beach where a private area is reserved for the hotel , and it returned us back Do not miss to take your morning coffee outdoor near the breakfast area. Whether you seek solace, rejuvenation, or simply a break from the daily hustle and bustle, this spiritual haven provides a sanctuary where you can embark on a journey of self-reflection. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of beauty and tranquility.

I would recommend leaving an iron machine and board in a common area at the hotel for guests use.

Beautiful historical building and yard, a large area. This is a good place to relax in silence and away from people. It's clean here. Delicious breakfast: fruits, berries, croissants, mini pizza, pie, prosciutto, cheese... and more Free transfer to the sea

Impossible to walk to the beach, only with transfer or by car. No swimming pool in hotel, although there is large area for this. I walked to the nearest city and there is nothing to do there, it looks like an abandoned area

Lovely hotel, good room , comfy bed, good food.

There was a conference on that evening and the dining room was reserved for the attendees which meant all of the other guests were relegated to a small annex with four tables. The staff were at sixes and sevens trying to feed all of the other guests. It was a shambles. Hopefully an isolated incident.

Amazing hotel.! Beautiful building and grounds. Rich in history. Up on a hill with stunning views.! Plenty of free parking space.(not easy to find in other hotels).Very friendly, competent staff. Great breakfast.! Exceeded my expectations by a long way.! A must when you're in Ancona.!
