If you don't like this hotel, then you should have looked for a hotel with more stars in the first place! For foreigners the room is best described as being of excellent backpacker standard. Small but big enough practical room, with a small but big enough bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean including the sheet. Table and chair, hooks and places to put your things. Several electricity outlets of the multi plug type. Excellent lighting and excellent reliable WiFi. And softer than usual (in India),mattress. Nice airy room, so it doesn't get humid inside. Excellent location right in the thick of things.

It was nothing I didn't like.

Situated at excellent point from can avail every mood for visiting place. Rooms also clean and good behave.

There is no provision of food and others.

The room provided was neat(good bedspreads and blankets) and clean(bathroom). The staff were quite helpful,when we asked for the extra pillows and blankets. Atmosphere was quite during night for peaceful sleep. fewmins travel to temple.

Food, breakfast etc is out side the Sunrise hotel and very nearyby (say 4 metre distance), available from 5 am onwards till 10 pm every day and pleasant stay.

I am unable take bath with hot water and no intercom service found. But TV's, A.C.'s are working fine, Beds are kingsize and we could accomodate 4 persons in a single room attached with toilet and bath room.

Clean property with decent room size. Staff is cooperative. Walkable distance to beach, sunrise point, ferry and Triveni. Market and restaurants are also nearby.

Car parking can be a issue. But still they make it park properly and at safe place.

Excellent cooperation made by the team sunrise. All are supportive, the restaurant is very good. Near to scenic beauty places. They arranged even travel support also is very good. The manager is very much cooperative person guiding everything to me right from booking.

the location is just walking distance from the seashore and the market and eating areas

we paid more than the published rate and we were told it was bec of taxes. the full amount should have been shown on booking.com including taxes

Air conditioner in room no 504 is not expected as much cooling plz ensure the gas is in level or not

Hotel staff behaviour and coordination with proper support when the place is totally unknown. Prompt arrangement of dinner during bad weather.
