Absolutely amazing family-run hotel, very clean, with comfortable beds, and a nice pool/snack bar. Location is good for the N/E side of the island. Great views from the room. Saw an amazing sunrise. Can walk 5 min to Vagia beach with nice sun beds and an excellent restaurant that will serve you drinks and food on the beach. Several excellent tavernas also a few min walk from the hotel. We the sweet family that runs the hotel loved most of all - so welcoming and friendly. They will gladly answer any questions you have, point you to the best spots, call taxis and restaurants for you. Amazing.

Nothing - all was well. Be aware that on the whole island of Aegina, cell/wifi service may be challenging to get at times.

We had such a wonderful relaxing time. The whole family are lovely. We were treated with care and little things like sending us links to the local restaurants and taverns and ice cream for the kids made our stay even more special.l- even offering their car for a short journey to the supermarket! The views are beautiful and definitely use the hotels transport offer if it is available it was comfortable and good value. Would definitely return. Quiet time 3-5pm but the family clean the pool and we loved a late swim. Thank you.

Nothing. It’s traditional and Vagia is a quieter area of Aegina so either stay a few days or get a car to explore the island and stay a little longer.

The room was really nice, well equipped with electric stove, blender, large TV, etc. that can support your necessities during your stay. There was also a common pool available for guests, that is open until late, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing evening. ✨ What I appreciated most was the girl at the reception that gave us detailed explanation and recommendation on where to go and eat in the island. She provided information on the beaches and even sent us a what’s app message with all the necessary links. 💕 Bonus was the “welcome ice cream” and water that they offered us during our stay! ☺️ There is also possibility to order breakfast in the room, but we didn’t try it, as we wanted to head early for the center of the island and the beach.

The WiFi works well only close to the reception.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very looked after.....Angelica and her husband were just brilliant with a very special mention to Dora, who was next in command! Thank you all for making us feel like part of your family. There is a fab beach and family run Dimello Restaurant 150m walk from the apartment....great food and service! The family run Panorama Restaurant should not be missed either, 150m walk. We took the bus to Aegina Town, which was an amazing trip too....WOW, just WOW. We want to be back there now.....thank you for all that you did for us Team AngelicaXXX Oh...and the view from our balcony... Oh...and the sunrises 🌅 I could go on and on.....

This place is one of the most beautiful and authentic Greek places I have ever stayed (and this is my 20th time on a Greek island). Even before booking the owners were fantastic in helping out with any queries and they greeted us with ice cream and gave us all water when we left. The place is very close to a beach that was almost deserted in the middle of July and the tourists there are mainly Greek. The apartment (stayed in the biggest of them) has great views over the ocean and even after 12 nights there I didn’t want to leave. The other woman helping out was very nice too, always friendly and welcoming to my children, they loved her. We loved that the pool was deserted most days, it is not many places that have that in the middle of school break. Also loved the fact that the property has bicycles you can use for free to eg go to the local supermarket (10 minutes by bike). Around a ten minutes walk from the hotel is a great hike into the mountains as well. We will definitely be coming back.

The only downside if I have to mention any was that the pool was closed from 2-5 pm due to siesta (and as I’m Scandinavian and don’t see the sun often all time that can be spent in the sun is a luxury), but after a day my children accustomed it to this and we enjoyed the quietness that followed with siesta. Also, the pool can be a little small once all rooms are occupied, but that didn’t happen often so not a problem for us.

Staff was super nice and willing to help and answer all our questions. They gave us complimentary drinks and ice-cream when we arrived. They also let us stay beyond checkout hours for our convenience. The breakfast they have is also very good!

The area is a bit isolated and hotel service ends early, so if you're hungry/thirsty after 9pm, you have to go to a local taverna. Late delivery is also only available from a couple tavernas only. Make sure to have stocked up on snacks!

The staff, especially Deppie, were exceptionally helpful, recommending local restaurants, arranging transport, etc. The pool was very clean and there was good space to sit nearby. The beach was close, with fun waves and the beach restaurant was very nice. We also walked up to the Temple of Aphaia, 50-minute hike from the apartment, and well worth the effort.

The wi-fi signal was a bit erratic, but only a minor issue.

Our stay at Blue Dolphin was brilliant. The pool is lovely and we could always get a couple of sun beds. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they literally could not do more for us and it was lovely. Very good breakfast. Very close to the beach and an excellent beach bar.

It’s obviously not the properties fault but it is worth noting there is not a shop in walking distance. You need a car to get to a shop and / or to get into town. Not a problem, you can get cabs but it’s worth knowing.

I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU WHAT A WONERFIUL STAY I(o extended it it for 3 days! ) HAD! THE VIEW IS AMAZINF, THE POOL IS FANTSTIC BUT THE BEST BY FAR WERE THE STAFF! Mrs.AGGELLIKI AND HER HUSBAND OWN THE PLACE WHO ARE JUST THE KINDEST NICEST MOST ACCOMMODATING PEOPLE EVER (and believe ive trravelled throughout the world) They have hearrty brealfast and in my xase because i afyrr a back probem they rruly helped navigate the stairs (no theres not a lot of of them bit with back preoblems it feells like 10 steeps is climing a mountain) there are no words to say an amazing experienxe i ahad! HIGHTLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT

I couldn't recommend this property enough, if there were more stars I would surely give them. The hosts are amazing. As soon as we arrived at Souvala port we were stranded there as the taxi booked didn't show up. Without any hesitation they came to pick up themselves. It was an amazing stay. Bus stop nearby, beaches near too. The place is really lovely, it has the quiet policy for 2pm-4pm so it's ideal for families with young kids. Always spotless and if ever going back to Aegina I know where I will book again.
