Value, a room where hotels are sparse, clean comfortable. Towels thin enough that you can dry your ears, and don’t break a sweat drying off. Seriously, the towels at some hotels are just too heavy. I travel a good bit, and I feel hotels have gotten carried away with amenities so they can Jack up the price…. Knowing most guests never use them.

The lady owner was the sweetest! Clean room Good location Cost per night was reasonable We'd stay here again in the future. IGA and Dollar General was right there within walking distance. Pizza Hut was very close.

The beds probably need to be updated to something more comfortable. More tv stations would be nice.

This is the second time staying at this hotel the gentleman at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating.

The bathtub should have a mat or the tub bottom should be refreshed. We heard a very loud sound. We couldn’t tell if it was a shot or not.

Nice location near the dams- therefore a good spot to drive from to go fishing. Nice little village feel with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Room does look a little tired but it does the job and great value.

Room could do with a cosmetic update. Also, even though its described as a riverfront- there is a little walkway to the river but it's broken down. If this could be fixed we'd happily return and do a spot of fishing.

The people are very friendly, the rooms are nice. The bed is very comfortable, there is a microwave and a mini fridge. The grocery store is right next door and there is a restaurant & a Pizza Hut at the end of the road

The only thing I did not like was our last night, we had a very loud group staying right next to us and they got up really early and were very loud. That is NOT a reflection on the hotel.

My trip brought me to Burkesville, right near the hotel. I liked that I did not have to travel to far, there was a mini fridge, a microwave and a HUGE bathroom (but we might have been in the handicapped room). The staff were very friendly

There were not many places to eat around the hotel, but that does not take anything away from the hotel (it's not their fault). There were no chairs outside, as smokers, we like to sit once in a while. Everything else was nice.
