Location was good for our Trip, did not eat from the restaurant due to timing of our plans, i.e. Fishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was prepared for us and just handed the Key to the room.

Responsive staff

Took a long time for hot water but I understand it was winter season and I was the only guest there so hot water heater was understandably turned down

Amanda and Clay were wonderful and accommodating! Amanda made sure all our needs were met. They made us great burgers at the restaurant.

Mattresses

Thought I was paying for the room with kitchen area. Got the microwave and counter. Did I miss something in description? Some electric outlets at the pavilion were inoperative.

Cute hotel and clean room.

The only disappointment was there was no hair dryer in the room. I did not pack one as they are always provided at hotels…

Everything was good, I know its end of season in the off time could use some Maintenance ie bathroom exhaust fan needs fixed, and other small things.[room 11] Would be handy for a sit down chair in rooms, hard to put shoes on setting on the bed. We have been there several times and will be back to stay :] The staff as always are great!!

I arrived very late and planned to sleep in but there were no curtains on back window, so I woke up when the sun came up.

It was great. Beautiful scenery. We will return.

The access to Lake Cumberland was very good. Hotel facilities (pool, BBQ, basketball court) are great.

Breakfast is not free and not worth the money. Very small sandwich! Internet connection is incredibly slow in spite of connecting to Hotel wifi.
