Clean, quick check in. Great value and good location. No frills, no thrills. It was excellent for the price. Staff was professional and courteous. Would stay again if I needed a hote room in Somerset KY.

The "breakfast" was a banana, granola bar, one pot of coffee and orange juice. Vending machine was lacking on selection. No coffee pot or coffee maker in the room is kinda lame for 2024 hotel standards. However, for $70 the room and hotel in general was super clean, close to food & shopping... so no complaints, but make sure you have breakfast planned out.

Staff is professional and check in was fast & easy. Room was clean, beds and tv's are brand new. There's not much to the room, it is literally just a clean place to sleep if you're in Somerset and the rates are more than fair.

The "breakfast" is a piece of fruit, a granola bar and a coffee. No coffee makers in the rooms is borderline unacceptable. Parking is kinda tricky, but that's more the city's fault than the hotel. Nothing terrible though.

It really was excellent even though the shower curtain in our assigned room, 118, i think, looked nasty. The very accommodating clerk immediately assigned us to another room, 134, I think. It was fine, but I did not see anyone when I left to tell them that the entranceway light was out in that room.

Rooms looked nice. They changed our first room and supplied roach traps to the 2nd room at our request

There were cockroaches in the first room. The "breakfast" consisted of a banana or apple and a crunchy granola bar. Also some orange colored drink, and coffee.. Not nearly the same breakfast that we had been offered at other Super8s on the Booking.com app.., such as waffles, orange juice and apple juice, cereals and milk, muffins or bagels with butter or cream cheese.

Close to everything walking distance where I needed to go

Pillows was way too lumpy and bathroom door had a gap where someone could look threw it and see me and wish they had good breakfast not just on the go crunchy gronola bars

The location was great with alot to choose for eating or shopping. The hotel was quiet, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Being pet friendly is a plus. Will stay again our next trip down to Cumberland

Very clean. Nice staff. No issues

Only issue i had was the smell of weed in hallway just about everyday.

Location and cleanliness. It was very basic but clean and we only needed it to sleep and shower.

There were no USB ports and there was only one towel so not too much

I guess for a lot of people breakfast could have had a variety of eggs,biscuits, etc. but it was fine for me!

We didn’t eat breakfast. The hotel was very quiet, which is a big plus for us.

There was no one at the front desk. The only time we saw anyone was checking in.
