I've stayed here several times. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The price is the best feature. Location is right off Interstate and very convenient to fast food. Lime Grill is close and very good.

I needed more accessible bathroom fixtures - the toilet was low and there are no bars. If some of the rooms could be updated with showers and new toilets - that would be perfect. The breakfast was ok for a quick grab and go.

Everything was clean.

The biggest downside was there was little to NO food on Saturday morning at 9 AM. The breakfast stays open later then that and others came in after we were there. There were 2 cold biscuits, no gravy, no eggs, and no sausage. Another lady asked them to bring more food and they did but the sausage was still cold (in a crockpot) and not stirred so needed more attention. They brought out a few more things. The eggs, biscuits, and sausage all come out cold and there is a note to microwave them for 30 seconds. Not all that good when you have to do that.

Honestly, based on other reviews I was skeptical about our stay. However, we had an absolutely phenomenal vacation. Room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful each time we had questions or needed extra towels etc. The breakfast was great for the price point of what we paid. Sausage patties, sausage gravy and biscuits. Egg patties you could microwave. Muffins, toaster waffles, yogurt, cereal. The gentleman kept it well stocked and made sure we had what we needed. Pool was clean and fresh towels available. Would MOST definitely stay here again. Very pleased with this hotel

The breakfast was a disappointment. Could not get any orange orapple juice. The milk container said the expiration date was August 5 and we were there on August 9 and 10. Just a little disappointing. The waffles were frozen waffles that you put in toaster.

The parking. There was no place to park near our room when we returned to the motel after being out after the show to get some food. We have a handicapped license and all of them were taken plus every other parking spot. Also, we stayed Thursday and Friday night and we were charged one price for Thursday night and a higher price for Friday night. If we stayed Thursday night, we should have been charged the same price Friday night. The bed was said to be queen bed but it was a regular bed. We have a queen at home and this was no way a queen.

The front desk was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. The bed was actually comfortable, not too hard, the room was clean, no bugs (I always check first), and the pool was crystal clear. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have no complaints about this property. I highly recommend and intend to book a visit again for September.

The property itself was very nice had a great pool clean and roomy the room was very large The the breakfast room was set up very nicely and the coffee was good even though the water is nasty

King sz bed was too high & hard to get in, the toilet was very low and hard to get up from. There wasn't automatic entrance doors for access to lobby... it made draging a luggage cart very difficult to get in or out of lobby to parking lot, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy with greasy dust.

Easy check in and out. Easy access near major hwy. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Instruction sheet for TV and a Channel guide sheet.

The toilet seat shape was narrow and cupped up on outer edges and very uncomfortable. Very small vanity space with only one sink.

We always go to renfro valley entertainment center at least 3 to 4 times a year. Love this hotel value, friendly staff, clean rooms, location excellent.

There is nothing that I dislike about this place. It is my favorite place in renfro valley Kentucky

The breakfast was okay. I appreciated being able to eat before I left.

The light at the side door didn't work. I got there late and was alone so it was a bit creepy. I told the lady at the desk so I hope it get fixed.
