This property is well appointed with best of bedding, bath arrangements, breakfast area, swimming pool, exceptional & welcoming counter staff, and lobby area, Excellent Neighhor Italian restaurant, with 10% discount, plaque @ counter checkin ( Dogs welcome- people are tolerated ) - and you had my Sheltie pictured with Four other dogs on this plaque ! Your counter clerk was SO kind as to give my Sheltie- Lassie a treat ! ! ! Your cleaning staff are also so personable and gracious ! Every other day I am wishing I could find a way to make a number of trips to stay at your London, Ky. - Red Roof Inn ! You made it a most special part of my trip to Western New York State and back again to London, in route to Woodstock, Ga. . I’ve stayed at this property (10) years ago , as well ! Please keep everything there this nice always, as I want so badly, to keep coming back to this Red Roof Inn !

One suggestion or Two : - The access road to your property, and other Red Roof Inn properties I’ve stayed at is that there are no visible signage ( Red Roof Inn > > ) to direct travelers to your properties ! At night I had a terrible time wandering in the dark , and no street lamps @ your intersection to light up the turn in off of main highways to your street. - Also, the edges of paved road needs guard rails or reflective markers , as there are sharp & deep drop offs at edge of blacktop . The ditch was Six feet deep ! The city or county may help on that .

Andrea at the front counter when I checked in was amazing. She was very clear to make sure that I understood everything. My room was nothing fancy, but had everything that I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that an alarm clock was provided, as many hotels do not have them any more. The most important thing to me when I book accommodations is CLEANLINESS, and this Red Roof Inn did not disappoint. It was immaculate. The breakfast was continental, as expected. The breakfast area was clean and neat. (I would liked to have seen more than one type of pastry.) I will definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling in the area.

This property was clean and at a great value. There is plenty of parking availability. Multiple restaurants are in the areas with some being within walking distance. This is a pet friendly facility and while there I met a few awesome pets. When I walked into the lobby I could tell that it was a nice hotel. Even my Uber driver stated how nice it looked from the outside opposed to others that he had seen before. The evening shift worker that checked me in made me feel welcome from the beginning of the experience. She was very helpful and extremely nice. Entering the room was amazing. The room was clean and spacious with a pretty decent view. The bathroom was clean and stocked with basic amenities. As well as the coffee area in the room. This was the first hotel that I could smell the clean in The sheets, blankets and pillows. That was a major plus for me. The beds are pretty comfortable and the pillows are amazing. Breakfast was offered in the morning but I was enjoying the bed so much that I missed it. But the aroma of the coffee in the morning, even in the second floor, was amazing. The property is fairly quiet for the most part. Most people’s mornings start early and you do hear a little traffic in the halls then. The heating and cooling is great as well. The tv is a pretty good size for the footage of the room. While there i experienced a horrible situation where I was stranded and I was blessed to have come across the property manager. He, his family and other employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. He made sure I was comfortable while I was there and he even made sure I made it to the airport so I could return home. He didn’t have to do that for me and I am beyond thankful for his actions. That showed me that there are still great people with great hearts in this world. I recommend this property to anyone that will be in the London area and needing a great stay with great people that really care about their customers.

At $99 your expectations can’t be lofty. We got a clean room, friendly front desk an breakfast person. We also had a dresser propped up on a piece of cardboard to keep the drawers closed. Plenty of channels on TV. TV was a smaller one than most hotels but adequate. Air conditioning worked great.!! This hotel is in our travel book to call when we go thru KY again. And pets are welcome!!

The breakfast was mediocre especially comparing to next days breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Never stayed at a Red Roof before our impression was that for an economy hotel we were surprised at the quality and cleanliness

Comparing it to the Holiday Inn express, which was so quiet perhaps they could do something at the red roof for the doors slamming when you walk in as we heard it all through the night and people in the halls

Great location and a good value for the price. The room was clean and quiet, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the convenient location. The overall experience was very positive.

The only downside was a slightly musty smell in the room, but everything else was great.

This RedRoof Inn exceeded my expectations, even had an elevator in lobby. Traveling a lot, I was on a tighter budget this time. 2 night stay on a weekend was under 200$. My usual go to are Hampton and Holiday Inn. My only minimal complaint is that the entrance way doors are not automatic opening and you really had to pull to open the doors. Very Clean! Friendly! Easy parking👍

Very friendly and efficient staff. Seems to be relatively new and clean compared to other Red Roof Inns. Not what I expected.

If you are on the freeway side near a exit ramp the traffic sound is loud if that bothers you.

Very handy location off the interstate , very clean easy parking easy check in and out , friendly staff good shower pressure clean bathrooms decent breakfast , comfy beds what's not to like ? my gripe as with just about every hotel small super soft pillows no support ! but a good hotel I was happy and content with the experience .

Convenient location, friendly, helpful staff, clean and accommodating to special request for handicap room. Pet friendly, but no pets heard or messes seen. Microwave and refrigerator in room in working order.

Beds comfortable, but metal springs were noisy when rolling over during sleep. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the basics were there- cereal, breads , juices and waffles. The sausage gravy wasn't appealing.
