Breakfast was very good - this was an excellent value for the money

Clean, clean! We skipped out on our last night at a decorated Dump! Can't tell you how happy I was to see such a clean hotel. Appreciate the hand soap in a bottle instead of wasting a bar of soap for a one night stay. The room was huge, spotless and bed super comfortable while breakfast was hot with lots of options! Also nice low lighting behind headboard for night time.

Only con is I like real milk or cream with coffee instead of the artificial creamers. Honestly nothing to complain about. Felt safe, seems like a nice town. Decor was simple and fresh. Maybe front desk needed to be more upgraded?

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I slept well.

The hookups for my electronic gear were not working in the outlet panel next to my bed. The outlets only worked on the far side of the nightstand and could not accommodate more than two devices. I'm traveling with four: cellphone, blue tooth, tablet, and a medical device to manage pain. My partner only carries a cell phone, but we had only two outlets that worked.

Convenient location.

The bricks on the outside of the front door is very slippery after it rained. My daughters that stayed Saturday night and myself almost fell going out the sliding door. The oil glaze on the bricks is dangerously slippery. The guy who worked after 3pm on Saturday night was very unfriendly. Our TV in our room had 3 white dots while trying to watch tv.

Breakfast was good and location was very handy

I have been calling and evaluating Booking.com for months. Please send me an overpayment that occurred on June 20, 2023 when Affirm sent Booking.com $789.77 USD on my behalf when the reservation didn't occur. Booking.com got paid but had no expense to a hotel. I have provided plenty of documentation to the effect.

So Impressed!! An "Express Breakfast" was Perfect. We were so pleased that you offered so many different items for breakfast, this is a very important offering that a hotel can give. Most customers are traveling and having a good, healthy many types of offerings are a major plus for any traveler. Offering juices, milk, coffee and tea for drinks alone made a huge difference with our different tastes. A hot and cold option along with healthy choices really made us happy that we didn't have to chose something "fast and unhealthy" as we continued in our travels. The rates were very good as well.

There was no beach!! Hahaha ... there was Nothing we did not like about your facility, our stay, the parking or the location. We will certainly stay at a Holiday Inn Express - IHG in the future

This location was OK but not up to your usual standard. The refrigerator needed defrosting badly. Also, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom needs attention. In rm 221. Towels were over used, not all but hand towel discolored. Just not as nice as other places we have stayed that are also IHG.

The staff was very nice

It's looking run down in several areas. Some of the walls in hallway are damaged, hinges very rusty (which gives a bad impression), the chairs in breakfast area needed replaced. Such a nice place that I hope they do some minor repairs to keep it that way.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds, accommodating to the large groups there. GREAT coffee 24hrs.

Needed more hooks in the bathroom or right outside of the bathroom. Everything else was great.

The breakfast was amazing, the best ever in a motel , Staff were great , will return to this location

bathroom had a loose ceramic tile and some signs of mold in the caulk around the tub . The heater even powered off seemed to run all night , this would be the worst part of our stay
