There were a lot of choices for breakfast. The area was clean and well stocked ! The attendant was kind, and even though very crowded was able to keep up with the demand.

Not enough places to sit but the hotel was booked up and there were a lot of families. The attendant did the best they could under the circumstances.

It was a great value. It was clean and had a good breakfast. We just needed a convenient place to spend the night and it was perfect.

There was a lot of road noise. I know that comes with location but it really was loud.

The staff and manager were fantastic. They made sure my accomidations were met. I can't sleep in a bed at the moment as I had a hip replacement. They had a chase lounge chair ready for me and even had a sheet and comforter waiting for me. I called and told them I wouldn't be there until 10pm and they said no problem. I had the best sleep in a long time. The next morning the receptionist was also so polite and asking me if I needed any help with anything. It was truely an exceptional stay. I wish we had more time so we could of used the pool., but we had to leave early the next morning.

The staff was very friendly at 12:30am after a very difficult trip to this location. We really needed that. At the last hotel we stayed at, the front desk clerk grumbled about how we were an inconvenience. Here, the gentleman let me vent about my troubles and reassured me about the quality of the hotel and breakfast. The last hotel provided plastic containers of cereal, to see all of the waffles and sausage and eggs was a welcome sight. And the woman stocking everything in the morning was very sweet. Everything was perfect about our stay here.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel was very clean. Good variety for breakfast. The pool area was amazing. Loved that it was a heated pool. The best part of our stay I would have to say was the staff. The hotel was pretty full during our stay. Each morning there was a team of staff ensuring there was enough food and you could hear them working together to get things done and rooms cleaned. It was nice to see the level of care they had for eachother, their jobs and the guests. We had a great time! I think we have found our hotel of choice when visiting friends in Corbin.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. Our room was a little small for 4 people, but that was my fault by not looking into the rooms description a little more. There were larger rooms available that would have met our needs better. You can tell it's an older hotel. The rooms and reception area have been updated beautifully, and it sounded like they were working on updating the rest of the hotel as well.

Friendly staff that kept the property very clean. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub was HOT. The property is right off the interstate for our added convenience.

Our shower spiket was broke,, had to fiddle with it a lot to not get it to the right temperature. Tended to only want to be cold or burning hot room 321. It also took sink 2 minutes to get hot.

There beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in away from home. Staff nice and helpful. From check in to check out. Breakfast was good. The LVP flooring in the room is nice. (We don’t care for carpet. Gets nasty)

The hot tub broke the day we were checking in and there pool could be a few degrees warmer. The carpet in the hallway needs either replaced or removed. The interstate traffic noise was pretty loud (our window faced the interstate and exit ramp)-no doubt across the hall would have been more quiet. I used my sound machine app on my phone to cancel it out when we were sleeping- worked like a charm. The small nooks and spaces around the mattress could use a good cleaning. Saw some crumbs and hair in there.

The staff was kind and professional. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a good value, especially when it included breakfast with real bacon and scrambled eggs. Would definitely stay here again. It was a last minute choice while we were on the road and we’re very happy that we chose this hotel.

Didn’t care for people sitting on bench out front smoking. You had to walk by them to get into the lobby.

This is the best hotel for families that I’ve ever found! Our suite was beyond my expectations. We have a large family with lots of little ones. Because of this, we don’t want to split between two separate hotel rooms. This hotel was able to accommodate us all comfortably in one suite. The kids had room to walk about and stretch their legs after a long drive. The beds were COMFORTABLE - so much so that my husband wants to know the brand of mattresses so we can have one at home! Breakfast was convenient with tables downstairs, and paper plates/cup holders to bring it to the dining area within our suite. This hotel was everything we needed for our family and gave us the rest we desperately needed after lots of travel. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re driving through. Thank you!

The comfortable beds and clean rooms. Had an excellent experience as I was able to unwind and relax during my stay.

The wifi was a little slow and unsecured. The TV channel selection was lacking. Being on the 4th floor, it took about 10 minutes or more to get the water hot. Sometimes, water pressure would drop significantly in the morning. Most likely, due to most of the other guests taking showers. These issues are minor and did not detract from overall experience which was excellent.
