Excellent price/value and location. We stayed in the back side of the hotel, which overlooks a wooded area and small stream. Our business associates stayed on the front side, facing the highway, and complained of "all night noise". Room was clean, spacious. King size bed very comfortable.

Breakfast area is small and crowded. Quality Inn needs to dedicate some of the large front lobby to table space.

Did not try the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee. Bed and pillows comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is right on the highway so it's a little noisy. If you book this location I would request a room on the backside. The room was very clean and comfortable however whatever they sanitize and clean with has a very strong smell. I like the smell of clean but this is a little over the top.

It was down the street and I was glad about that I like that the customer service was great. And it was last minute.

It stated it was full beds and that it was full beds im used to bigger beds but that was all I appreciate it. The door rattles so maintenance need to check it but it did look and everything.

Recently renovated rooms with faux wood floors, fresh paint which was much better than the last time we stayed. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not good. Bread and biskets were hard. Bananas were past ripe. Only one other fruit choice. Eggs really not good. Coffee was okay.

I thought it to be clean, I had to relocate to another room a few days into my stay due to power issues in several rooms next to mine. Other than that, the staff was well trained & helpful when asked about activities in the area. Thank you Best Western, thank you Booking.com.

There was no bar option in the area to have a drink, I workout everyday & had to commute 35 minutes to London, Kentucky to do so. The local gym (Knox Fitness) was not exactly impressive.

Clean big room, updated, no carpet, new furniture, tv was great size with a good selection of channels. Coffee was decent and they offered breakfast, good parking spaces for utility trailer.

Duvet had pasta sauce on it so clearly didn't get changed between the last person and us, and the price of the room was expensive considering we got there later in the evening (9)

We were there for parents' day at Union College. This location was convenient to the school. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator as we had a lot of cooler items from the road trip. The front desk agents were very friendly and accommodating, particularly since we chose to drive straight through and arrived a day early.

The water didn't drain properly on the second day and didn't seem to alarm the front desk agent when I reported it. I assume this is a common occurrence when it rains as much as it did while we were there. There were only two towels in a double queen room, which I'd never seen before. And, the light switch controlled the outlet on the desk, which I didn't figure out until the next morning when my phone and watch were not charged.

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Nice continental breakfast .
