Hot breakfast was good. Sometimes I encounter only cold breakfast and I would be disappointed. The breakfast area was clean and neat, the breakfast attendant was constantly cleaning up on the counters and the mess where customers made. Tea/coffee self service in the room was nice because I like to drink hot drinks day and night. Green Mountain coffee pods were good choice and Bigelow’s tea bags were also nice choice because they are tasty. I would get disappointed when I encounter cheap/untasty versions in other hotels.

They only had one staff member working, I had to wait for awhile to get checked in, finally called the hotel so they would hear phone, staff member was cleaning pool area. I was tired of driving, stopped there on our honeymoon and just wanted to go to bed. The staff member apologized, very helpful, then i couldn’t find a parking place, parked out back and had no entry, my key would not unlock. He again reassured me and checked my key to make sure it worked then held door open for me while i hot wheelchair, husband and bags out of car and inside. By then I felt sorry I had fussed. He was very helpful and pleasant. I did suggest the next day that they hire second person to have on staff at night.

The room is quite spacious and very clean! The breakfast was decent. The hotel staff was very friendly and communicated very effectively. The staff extended our check-out time by an hour upon request.

It's very challenging to travel here without a rental car. The travel agency here is horrible and Uber/Lyft is unreliable. The hotel could have a shuttle service as it would help customers.

Location was convenient to I-75. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was really clean. The first room we were assigned to was very nice, until we used the toilet...it didn't flush properly. It was not necessarily backed up, but simply didn't totally flush. We reported and were promptly assigned to another very nice room. So, the bottom line is that the staff aims to please the guests. Jacob made a great dinner suggestion, which proved to be as good as he made it sound.

The only negative was that the container of wipes in the fitness center was empty. This was reported. We were not there long enough to see if this was remedied.

Nice staff and good breakfast. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable! A fair amount of food options around and we were able to walk to the university/town.

Housekeeping didn't come to the room during the four days that we were there, even though the hotel was advertised as having a daily housekeeping service. Reception said this was due to them being very busy, but if that is the case.. shouldn't they stop advertising it as one of the hotel services? - this was quite upsetting. The blinds in the room's window were also broken and couldn't be opened, which meant the room was dark at all times. We also mentioned this to the hotel staff on our first day, but they said they weren't able to fix it anytime soon.

The hotel was conveniently located for local attractions. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options. The room was clean and the staff were all courteous and helpful

The only negative would be a little dog barking in the hallway early in the morning

Easy off & on to freeway.... Rooms updated very nice... Handicap bathroom very nice... Always have a good stay at Holiday Innn Expresses....

The deadbolt in the handicap room we had didn't lock, didn't make me feel safe to try to 💤💤💤💤, didn't like that at all, pls fix for future guests...

Nice rooms

We should have been notified a day or two before we arrived that the pool wouldn’t be functional that the heater out of service. After driving all day with a 6yo autistic boy telling him that the pool would be waiting for us. We will stay again in the future but will call in advance to make sure pool is useable

The staff was amazing, so welcoming, kind and courteous. Breakfast was AMAZING, so clean and the sweet lady taking care of it was so great, friendly, and accommodating. The grounds, hotel, and room were so clean. Enjoyed our visit immensely, we will definitely be back!

My pillow wasn’t true cleaned it have a body smell and the bed sheets were stick whit the mattress like not been changed for a while it make me feel a bit uncomfortable that’s my only disappointment but hope to go back soon and found me a really clean room to rest like I had before
