Free breakfast, large rooms, desk area, great showers, clean, friendly staff, well lit parking lot. The check in and out was super easy.
The smell of weed in the hallway from room 113. (They were obvious about it that's how I know which room.)

The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was very good and water was hot. Breakfast was quite satisfactory with hot waffles, cereal, toast, etc. The price was very reasonable. The motel was quiet.
There was no in-room coffee machine. The highway is close by, but we always use earplugs so we had no issue with noise. The room we had was no smoking and was fine, but the hallway near the side door smelled very strongly of smoke. Thankfully, this was restricted to that area.

Friendly accommodating staff, any time we needed something they were happy and willing to help us , laundry on site, nice breakfast options. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and stores which was a plus when our vehicle broke down during our stay.

The place was well kept staff helpful and very nice will be staying there on our next trip to Corbin in couple months for sure and gave us discount on the great food at David's steakhouse next door can't really say there was anything bad that we saw will be back thanks the Crawford family from smokey mtns of N.C.

Friendly service. Rooms good space Good value foe the breakfast
Location close to a busy intersaction. Door had some issue. Needs a bit of cleaning. Fridge was plugged to the main switch light. I had to put it on another plug.

Price.
We were not impressed with (or lack of) the continental breakfast and ended up eating elsewhere. We also did not like that they did not clean or restock the room (towels, toilet paper etc.) during our stay. We had to go ask for these items.

I loved that it was clean and the people was nice .The only thing I didn’t like that the TV didn’t work in that room but it gave me plenty of time for other activities lol

Staff! We were arriving very late. When I called to confirm we could arrive after 1am we were taken care of. Told to drive safe. There was actually a staff person at the counter at 1:30 am with a smile.

Very nice facility - very clean Great people
30 dollar charge for pets. I had 2 pets 10 lb dog and 20 lb dog. There was a 15 dollar charge for each pet. one pet does not dirty a room more than 2. I realize that some people do not take pets out to pee however I feel 15 dollars is reasonable 30 is unreasonable
