The staff was great. The lobby and other facilities were very nice. The room was private with a great view of the park. There was a walk-in shower, which was wonderful. The location is wonderful. I love this hotel.

The only thing I didn't really like was the parking lot. It is slightly uphill when you first pull in. It scrapes the bumper of nearly every car that pulls in. HOWEVER, there is a sign that states that your bumper may drag, so it is OK.

Breakfast and accommodation is fantastic most comfy rooms in the world.

Little miscommunication with staff. Something going on with system and clearly said not to run the room through a card and they still did. Figured everything out at the end of the day.

Excellent breakfast with good choices

We have stayed there many times and the beds were comfortable. The bed we stayed in last night was not the best for comfort.

It was fine. Breakfast was very good

Room next to us had TV on and we couldn’t sleep. Called the front desk TWICE to resolve. The second call, I made it clear they needed to act before I did. It was finally taken care of.

It was within 3 miles of my destination. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings

The only two things that were sub par were the price and the bathroom tiles. They were cracked and out dated. The staff was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

everything was good except parking, there was no room for a large pick up truck or trailer

With the vehicles with trailers that were parked in the north east part of lot and east side of building there was no way to pull a pick up truck out of parking spots

Large comfortable room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had several choices.

Musty smell when first entering room. A/C a little noisy.

Breakfast was delicious, love the waffles, Pan cakes, Great coffee!
