It was a 100% improvement from when we stayed in July. I don't know if the staff was just better trained or if we just had a bad stay several months ago. I was in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, and our previous day was very disappointing which made me not even want to return to this hotel at all. We have been staying at this hotel for years every time we come to the London area. I thought we would try it one more time and we were not disappointed.

I think maybe the suite furniture could be updated and be a little bit more comfortable. And a TV listing on channels would be appreciated. I did like the upgraded air conditioning unit however not everyone knows how to use that unit I do from a previous job experience but there are some people that wouldn't know and leaving printed instructions on the back of the card would probably be helpful to others.

Location. Big two-room suite. Each room had its own television, and it had a door between the rooms. Clean. Microwave. Mini refrigerator. Cookies at the check-in desk. Large inside stairway from parking lot. We did not have a dog with us, but the stairway would be great for getting an animal in and out to a very small grassy area out the side of the building. Free breakfast, but we did not take advantage of it. Starbucks is in the same parking lot, just outside the hotel's front door. Good parking for cars, but if busy, long rigs could be challenging. No designated parking for cars with trailer, although we had no problems parking our vehicle with trailer on a holiday early evening. There were at least three other vehicles with trailers and a few trucks, like a Uhaul and service truck. I liked that it had a pool, 15-person capacity. There were kids definitely enjoying it.

While the rooms were big, the bathroom was small in proportion to the other two rooms. The bathroom door even had a cutout so it could swing past the toilet. We had no problems negotiating the door and toilet, but larger guests may have an issue. The outside noise on the backside of the hotel was a little noisy: road noise, dumpster collections, etc. Although we walked to a restaurant, there was no sidewalk or safe crosswalk to get to the other side of a busy road.

The property was a great location and the room was comfortable. Great free breakfast as well.

Housekeeping needs to be there more. We stayed a total of four nights three nights on one reservation and then ended up extending one night. We had dogs so we use the stairwell always and it looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Housekeeping doesn’t come by your room for extended stay until the third day. That’s too long to go without housekeeping. I would recommend if you are going to give housekeeping at least have enough towels for each night of their stay so your guests aren’t looking for them at the end of the day when they come back to the room to settle in.

Great location. Clean rooms. Staff was super friendly. The kids loved the pool. We will be back again.

Breakfast was ok for free breakfast. Would like to have seen bacon and biscuits as options. The tv and remote did not connect well with one another. Had to point right at the little censor on the tv stand but had to push buttons multiple times for them to work. Even turning off and on was a challenge.

Lots of available parking. We are traveling with our pontoon in tow and had lots of room to park. This Inn was pet friendly with easy access near the exit to the pet area. Breakfast was free and great options as they had biscuits and gravy(my husbands favorite) a waffle making station, pastries, cereal, coffee, juices and more. Staff was friendly. There are several restaurants next door and across the street. The inn is right off the highway and felt safe staying here. Great value for what you get. We would stay again.

I cant say anything bad about our stay.

It was very clean and smelled good, For me bad musky smells gross me out. Also i loved the breakfast choices. Since covid hotels say breakfast included but really it’s just a banana and cereal and bad coffee. This hotel had the waffle maker along with many other choices and the coffee was good!!

Everything seemed good every where I went on the property so i have no complaints.

Clean, very inviting lobby, big breakfast area. The room was nice and beds were comfy! Love the pillows! Very conveniently located next to Starbucks which made my stay even better!

It was difficult to get to, the gps took me to the Holiday Inn. I had to figure out how to get around the road construction.

Clean and quiet.

We were told breakfast was 6 to 10 a.m., but there was nothing. We had a 12 hour drive ahead of us that day and where looking forward to good breakfast. There was nobody at the front desk to give us a receipt. We could have run off with the Christmas tree and all the gifts. Lol

Suite was large, clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff helped with restaurant recommendations.

pet friendly, Melanie who checked us in, room size and the bed and pillows were great! it’s very hard to find good pillows! Yours are perfect! Plenty of towels! The air conditioner was clean. I react to bad/dirty filters in air conditioning. So the air quality was good! My allergies didn’t act up. No asthma attack when I turned it on!

There were whiskers on the shower and there was some dirt on the tub. We had a hard time finding a grassy area around the property to take our dog out to go potty!
