The staff were amazing from start to finish. Sid was very helpful with every question and gave excellent attention to all our needs. We were there for our anniversary and the Travis Tritt concert. Perfect 10 to all the housekeeping staff. So friendly and helpful to the guests. We made new friends and we'll be back again. The couple we met ...mike and vicky said they always come here. That said alot! Thank you One and All!

A snack machine with sweets of variety is the only thing I would have added. Lol... I really wanted some m&ms... lol. But sid hooked me up with nutty bars and brownies. Thanks buddy!

Had a nice overnight stop here. Sid at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There’s a taco place next door that was delicious and super friendly—I really enjoyed that!

Breakfast was only available until 9:00 am and I wished it had eggs or meat, as it was I could only eat a packet of oatmeal (being gluten free).

The location was very convenient, room was very clean .

I booked on booking.com for a ground level room for $64 was told their was an additional charge of $13 for the ground level. Not a big deal but should be included in the internet pricing. Also I have severe allergies the room was supposed to be Non smoking it reaped of smoke tried for hours to reach front desk got a busy signal. Bought candles to try to help ... didn't work ...left feeling horrible from the smell.

Once on the grounds, the stay was exceptional. They were extremely short staffed, due to people not showing up for work, but the lady at the desk more than made up for it with getting us in a nice clean room, on the first floor even ! The water was warm fast, didnt have to wait for it to heat up. We just needed a clean, safe place to stay, and she made it happen. She should have a huge raise. It's hard to find good help like that. Plus, it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay there again. Very happy with the whole experience.

Maybe the lady who checked us in should be working at the desk, rather than as head cleaning lady. She was great. And give her a big raise.

We have stayed there quite a few times and every time we have a good experience. It's always clean. The staff is always very friendly. We stayed all night last Saturday night June 21st and I think his name was Ned. I found out Sunday morning that he was the manager. Very friendly guy. He almost feels like a best friend that you see maybe once a month . Very friendly guy very nice guy.

The beds were huge and so comfy! And the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent love that I could take it to my room to enjoy so I could sleep.

There’s two side tables but that one is unnecessary huge kinda takes up unnecessary room, there was a cigarette burn in my comforter, which whatever didn’t stop me from using it. But my room also smelled like cigarettes I’m assuming the top floor could be for smokers but as a non smoke who booked a non smoking room I would’ve liked to be in a room that didn’t smell but it was doable been around smokers my whole life so no harm no foul. Would preferred a first floor room but would’ve had to pay more just isn’t reasonable.

Location is great. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. I was told this at check in and informed there MAY be some renovation activity still going on in my room. That was the case (minor drywall repairs) but did not bother me at all.

Check in took a little while. But it was midnight and there was a rush of customers all trying to check in at the same time which is likely unusual for that time of night.

The breakfast was about over when we arrived, ran out of coffee and the bottom dregs were awful. But the attendant did make a new pot for us. Everything was about gone at that point. It was about 10 min. til 9 AM The location was close to the music center which is what we wanted.

There were some flies in my room and knats. Little aggravating but not overwhelming. Really cannot be helped with them flying in the when in the door is opened.

Everything was pretty good. The only thing there was a light odor in my room but nothing I can deal with wasn’t unbearable Easy fix

Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean looking, with the exception that the flat sheet had a large "coffee/tea?" stain in the center of it where the pillows lay. My husbad assured me it was a stain from coffee or tea, so we did not complain. But, some people will not be as forgiving. It honestly should have been easily noticed by housekeeping when the bed was made, as I saw it within the first minute in the room.
