Room decor was very continental, modern, sleek, no frills. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the staff extremely friendly. The inclusive breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel of this nature. The food was hot, tasty, and will present it in an extremely clean environment.

Unfortunately the heating unit was overly loud and it was difficult to create a comfortable temperature in the room. Another drawback was no way to regulate the lighting by the bed so that one person could sleep while the other person read. It was all lights on or all lights off.

Too expensive for a very standard room with two queen beds. Pool was ridiculously small and shallow throughout & the water was absolutely freezing. Even the kids couldn’t stay in it for more than just a few minutes and they ordinarily swim for hours at hotel pools;

Everything & everyone were very nice

The little ledge in our stand up shower was broke so if someone were to put their leg up there while shaving or anything it would have fallen the rest of the way off. I did not touch it

It was our 2nd time staying there! We actually ended up with the same room both times! We will definitely stay there on our way down & back from FL every year.

Shower was great beds were comfortable

I work in food service so I know the eggs were not cooked to temp. Most everyone including me agree the eggs were not good. They were wet watery blocks. Cook them.to temp then some.more to cook off the excess water and cut them up to appear like scrambled eggs.

The location was great. Front desk staff were excellent.

Did NOT like ANYTHING about the room! SUPER small room, TERRIBLE, uncomfortable mattress, no extra chair to sit in. No coffee maker, no closet, no drawers. Small desk space. Have to sit on the bed or in a desk chair that sits close to the TV. If you sit in desk chair, blocks small walk area ro get to bathroom or microwave. Breakfast shuts down at 9, this is way too early. Shower floor is super slippery!!!! I have stayed at many Hiltons, will NEVER stay here again. Stayed for 3 nights and wish i would have moved but would have lost $ so we had to stick it out.

Loved the pool table in the lobby! Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

it was crowded for EKU game and by 145 we could not check into room. even though check was at 3pm.

The room is clean, the building is new, and the breakfast is good (at this level of hotels)

A lot of the travelers, because the location is so close to I-75. Not very quietly in the night.

The location was perfect. it’s right off the interstate. the employees were super friendly. The hotel has a cool, retro vibe and rooms were nicely decorated in the same decorum. my little girl loved the pool.
