We were met with very friendly staff, with coffee and cookies waiting. Our room was very clean and easy to locate. The pool was great! Very clean and well kept, much larger than we expected. Breakfast was fantastic, and my son was excited to try the s'mores waffles. The location was excellent. Though it was not far off the interstate, it was very quiet, but still close to several restaurants and stores. It was one of the best hotels experiences we have had. I hope our travels bring us back to the area so we can stay again.

I don't eat breakfast, but I did try your coffee. It was good. The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I inquired on a recommended (local) restaurant and the place he suggested was beyond delicious! Madison Garden. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Also, I stayed on January 3rd, and they still had Christmas decorations up. SO, pleasing to see and very cozy and welcoming. Thanks!

I wish it was slightly warmer, but there was a winter storm warning in the area.

It was good, many choices of food, clean

My room wasn’t cleaned one day, went out for the day and came back to my room at 8:30 pm to find it was never cleaned. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. The staff apologized and the manager said she would give me extra points for my stay, I thought I should have my room rate discounted for the inconvenience. Other than that issueverything else was good, staff was very friendly

The breakfast was top-notch! There were sausages and eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and sausage gravy, toast, bagels, juice, fresh fruit etc... The coffee service included both strong and regular coffee. There was yogurt too. You can't go wrong and the service was until 10 am for those who wanted to sleep a bit later.

The room had a terrible odor when the air was on warm so we had to keep the room cold to keep the odors at bay- my 89-year-old mother was not happy since she felt cold while in the room.

I was in town for a church event. I and my teenage children stayed in conjoined rooms. The hotel was nice,clean, and had a very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

For some reason, we had trouble connecting to the free Wi-Fi. We tried multiple times. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we were still unable to connect our devices.

There were a lot of choices for breakfast. Once in our rooms, the hallways were quiet. Staff was nice. Liked being able to tip housekeeping from a QR code.

Honestly, I love the LOOK of the farm doors for the bathroom however you can hear sounds from the bathroom when your in the rest of the room. When taking a fat dukie, the last thing I want my partner to hear is me taking a fat dukie.

The lady who checked us in was nice ,but she didn't ask if I was a Hilton Honors member. I forgot to ask since we had been traveling all day from Iowa, going to Greer, SC.

Room phone didn't work. I forgot to let them know. Also, the page on Book It .com needs to be updated on pets. They do allow pets, which I don't like due to dogs barking, fleas, and what else they may carry. I love dogs , but not all folks take care of them properly. Hopefully, they will keep them in specific rooms only and use those rooms specifically for people & animals.

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel was clean and updated. Shower had great pressure. Lots of towels and space to store food .

They were doing some painting on the outside and the crane and guys were outside my window both days. Woke up early and the crane was loud

The breakfast was very good and everybody was too friendly. I have no problems with that.

As you can see, I don’t travel a lot, but I do stay with hilton a lot, and the fact that I made the reservation through the third-party, which I did not know I did not get any of my points so I have decided that I will not stay with Hilton again

The hotel is always clean and we are greeted with a smile each time. The front desk people are super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to asking random things about the area. The breakfast was perfect for my kids. The beds were comfy and the bathroom clean. Until next time!
