The bed was very comfy and room was spacious, breakfast choices were limited, but delicious nonetheless

The “indoor pool” has no heat (not in the air or in the water) and was freezing cold. The front desk staff even gave us towels and pointed us down there when we came out in our bathing suites …. There is no reason this pool should be advertised as an indoor pool and should not be “open” in winter months. This was my biggest reason for choosing this hotel which means this was a huge disappointment.

The breakfast was good there was a lot to choose from. The staff was very accommodating. I was in town to celebrate my daughter's surprise 30th birthday. The staff even stored her cake for me. She even cut the hanging thread from my shirt lol

The outside appearance threw me off because the hotel was actually very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was fine - good variety. But there was no jelly for the toast. Sign on microwave talked about heating hard boiled eggs, but there were no eggs. Only 2 serving spoons for 3 items; having celiac disease and being very cautious about cross contact, this was a concern. Most people were using the serving tongs for sausage and for biscuits - not acceptable when one has to be gluten free!!

Ice machine was broken and had to get ice from a travel cooler in the lobby. Definitely not convenient and hard to get ice without getting a lot of melted water. (Would this pass a health inspection??) I had asked for a first floor room because of health issues, but we had a 3rd floor room and had to use the elevator to do anything. We needed a rollaway bed, but they had none. But they did accommodate us in arranging a room with 2 beds and a sofa.

Great comfy bed and very clean. The young man that checked us in was awesome. I wish all clerks were like him. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Breakfast was terrible. Watery gravy,hard biscuits,juices were bitter and even the sausage and eggs had no taste. The water fountains in the breakfast room ,one shirts the wall and floor and the other one has hot water coming out of it.

The room for the price lol 😆 I really was worried it would be one of the worse motels but it was all we could afford ....i was wrong. it was nice.

the shower lol 😆 my man is 6'3 and they put us in a handicap bathroom. needless to say, it was hard to shower when the shower head didn't reach his chest even lol 😆 we made it work tho

They were very kind and welcoming. When the TV quit working, another was brought right in The shower had what seemed to be unlimited hot water. I missed breakfast. Since I've stayed there before, I know that the break rocks! 10/10

That I couldn't stay longer

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Pool area was great. My son highly enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

We couldn't get anywhere to deliver to this location. But we were a straight shot from texas roadhouse and other great dining options. So no big deal!

This was perfect . We only needed a night, but will use it again for a longer visit. The lobby sitting area has a fire place and comfortable sitting area. The pool looked inviting,just didn’t have time to try. The staff was very personable and accommodating,

The staff was wonderful. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing.

The only complaint was the pool was too cold for this season. The room should have been heated at least especially since the weather was around 50 degrees.

The staff was exceptionally kind. We needed to check in early and they were very accepting.
