The bed was excellent. The walk in shower was great. The TV channels were great. Location was ideal. Quietness was awesome.

All the carpet everywhere is old ugly needs replaced. My toilet handle would stick remaining open. The coffee maker in room did not work. The sink would not drain properly. Breakfast sucked.

The hotel itself was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

You could hear the guests in the rooms close by. One was talking loudly at 11 pm, another had a TV on til 2 am. Some exercise equipment was broken.

The staff were very friendly and the whole place and rooms were very clean. It was also very good that there were many restaurants just outside the property you could walk to. The location was great cause you have easy access to many great places around the area.

The only thing I could find wrong was how loud people were going in there rooms at night when trying to sleep. You could definitely hear people talking in the halls and shutting or slamming their doors while they were going in their rooms. Other than that, it was a great place. I will definitely go back, and I would recommend this place for sure.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and they were pleasant.

The pillows could have been a little more fluffy but they were kinda flat. I will stay here again because of the location is close to family and freeway.

It was convenient to store and gas stations

They messed up and only charged me for one pet pet fee 20 $ and they kept my 50 $ deposit for there mess up I told them at check in 2 pets I don't see how they could keep 50 $ for that they should have only took the 20$ if any at all

I forgot my laptop and they found it and made a personal phone call to men- I called back and they are holding it for me- you don’t find this consideration much any more

Tiny bathroom with inadequate space for items in shower. A "bold" Coffee option would have been nice.

Being on 1st floor. People/ other guests can forget their manners and be loud in the halls.

Breakfast was good. Hot dishes were hot and a good variety of room temp offerings. Would have preferred Cheerios that were not coated with sugar. Otherwise it was acceptable.

Clean room & able to adapt check in time to what was needed.

Hotel computer was always in use by 1 patron. I understand that most people bring their own cell phones or tablets & use them, but maybe have time limits to that computer station like the libraries do in case a full computer screen is needed for a document.
