Location and welcoming atmosphere.

No mini fridge in the room. We had traveled 12 hours and the next day going to travel another 12 and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room per the pictures and listing on the website. The amazing desk attendant put our drinks in the employee fridge for us. However, even though the hotel is becoming a Marriott with renovations being done the simple necessities of microwaves and mini fridges should be there for guests. The microwave was there but not a mini fridge. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Please fix this for other guests.

The facility was recently renovated and we could tell. Aside from fresh paint, the flooring seemed to be new including carpet in the bedroom and tile in the bathroom. The toilet appeared to be new and all the hardware like doorknobs seemed to be updated. The room looked and smelled clean which is most important to us. The staff were friendly checking in and checking out. There was a free breakfast bar where you could make your own waffles but we were in a bit of a hurry so I grabbed a muffin to go. It was a great value.

There really wasn't much to complain about. It was basic and clean and in relatively close proximity to UK. With morning traffic, it still took us a little over 20 minutes to get there, but that was much better than us having to drive two hours from our home.

The pool is fantastic once you get used to the temperature and secure entry using your room key. Oh and you can't swim alone due to no lifeguard. The room was spacious and emaculate! Breakfast was delicious and fresh choices are available plus waffles are so good and tasty. I seriously can't wait to be back plus you can literally walk to local restaurants nearby.

I wanted more time to stay on vacation but I had to get back to work.

Very friendly staff, location is great, rooms clean, bed comfy, and also had a standard free breakfast! Will definitely stay again. 😁

The only thing we would have appreciated was having the soda machine stocked. Every machine we tried was out of Coca-Cola, but this may be a vendor issue and not necessarily something the hotel has control over. Definitely a minor detail and would NOT deter us from staying again in the future!!

The room was good and the bed was comfortable. They have an indoor pool, I rather had an outside pool. It wasn't the same. They do have washer and dryer available, which was nice. Breakfast was great.

Some of the things in the room could be replaced. The chairs were worn. Ice bucket was cracked. Overall it was a great value.

Friendly helpful staff. Large televisions. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Plenty of options for breakfast, including fresh fruit.

Loud teenagers in the hallway laughing and screaming, slamming doors from 9-11pm. Our room was close to front desk. I wish staff would have silenced them.

Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, and waffles. We checked in late Saturday night and I was disappointed to find a used towel on the bathroom floor and a small amount of trash in the wastebasket. I mentioned this to the desk clerk at checkout Sunday morning and he immediately apologized and assured me the issue would be addressed. He also gave me a 15% discount..

Clean, friendly

Noticed staff member taking photos of another couple who got an abundance of breakfast food, which made that couple feel uncomfortable so they left. The food, during conversation with them, was for their sick grandchild in the room and her mother. I found this staff member to be judgmental and rude.

The pool was great, the staff was wonderful. Water pressure in the shower was great. Clean. Comfortable. Would recommend!

Keys kept getting demagnetized even if they weren't near anything else...

Good pricing, clean room. Had what we need it for a good night of rest. continental breakfast included.

The property outside didn’t look very appealing. I guess with the economy the way it is now hotels are not paying much attention to the landscape. However, the property inside looked very nice, well kept and clean. So did the room. Staff was cordial and provided us with the information we need it as soon as we checked in. Both, check in and check out were smooth. Thanks!
