Clean room; comfortable bed , linens and pillows. Numerous locations to plug in chargers, good desk space. Curtains adequate to block out light.

Spray Leak in the connection between shower head and water pipe. Didn’t impact pressure just annoying to see it spray the ceiling. Need a trash receptacle in the dining area closer to the coffee and food tables so you don’t have to search for or it at the entry door every time you have a something like a teabag, Honey container, yogurt lid etc. to toss. Need to check working conditions of TV. I had to switch inputs to connect to cable feed.

The room we had was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful. They accommodated all our needs. The location is close to alot of things. There is so much to see in Lexington Kentucky.

The automatic door was broken, I was concerned about smashed fingers. The parking lot shouldve been cleaned from the recent snow. The heated indoor pool was lukewarm at best. I would still recommend this hotel, and im sure I'll stay there again when my daughter attends University of Kentucky

It was close to UK hospital. And a reasonable price. The only complaint that I would have in the room that we got was for a disabled person and that’s not what I booked but that’s OK.

You tell that property needs some updating. But very clean. The shower in our room was walk-in shower and needs to be redone. It looked like it was dirty, but it wasn’t let me stress that it wasn’t. It’s just old need to be redone.

Lovely large room, quiet location very convenient. We had a lovely suite with an extra 'living room' area which was very relaxing. Breakfast was great lots of choice, hot and cold. Free cookies and hot drinks in the lobby too - very pleasant.

Room had been previously smoked in which was disappointing.

The location is great you don’t have to go too far for food, there is a dollar store right across the street. Overall it’s a great location and the staff is so friendly and detailed when wandering questions.

The breakfast is ok and the “heated” pool isn’t very heated.

That the front desk lady Sophia was so helpful and understanding she took good care of me it was real late and I was there with my two year and she did a wonderful job helping and was very respectful and caring to our needs

Convenient location and the price was amazing. The pool was very enjoyable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our main concerns were the quality of the building. The pool room needs work. And our rooms thermostat didn't work. And the shower needed cleaned better.

At Check in the person at the counter was very friendly. Courteous and explained everything that was going on. And when things were opening close then was very helpful.

The ice machine on my floor was not operational and I had to go to a different floor to get ice.

Right off the I75 , close to gas , great food options, Walmart. It has great morning breakfast free with stay. Rooms are clean and renovated. Jason at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and awesome to talk to.

Needs some refreshing on the hallway, stairs and doors to rooms.

The room was clean, well furnished with accessories, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The continental breakfast was decent with plenty of choices.

This location did not seem very busy. The restaurants were not busy. The area seemed unpopular with travelers.
