The fact that when I checked out in between times the with only a hour lapse in time before I checked back in , but still a lapse and also I booked with a different credit card instead of refunding me my deposit and then giving me the option to pay the deposit when I checked back in with the second credit card (different than one used the first time) or cash they kept my deposit taken from the first time paid by a different card and when I checked back in and checked out they wouldn't give it to me on the new credit card used or cash they put it on the first card that I no longer had access to so I lost my whole deposit

The breakfast was just fine it was Hot Coffee, Something better than nothing at all overall my stay was perfect. Staff was great just smoke outside and you will be just fine rooms very clean and nice furniture again!!!!my stay was great I would pick this hotel over all the others and the price was not too high I stayed a few days because the price for such a nice $ room was very GREAT! Staff Awesome so if you are going to Lexington Kentucky area this hotel is the Best God Bless !!!😊😎

everything was just fine for me there was nothing there to not like the staff were great and did not give me any problems . and all the rooms were all good !! would stay here anytime! Keep up the good work.

It was really nice~ never hot in the room everything was clean and smelled clean, well taken care of and theres room service, breakfast, a place to wash clothes. What more do you need from a hotel right? Maybe a pool would be nice lol.

Only thing i can say i didnt like was the constant thumping coming from upstairs, but its a hotel its expected

I believe that the night agent was Nellie? She was incredibly awesome the whole time I was there. I don't remember the morning agent but she got me a new room after Water started leaking from the roof of the bathroom! 😲😲😲.

Well, please don't get mad, but.... The morning complimentary breakfast did not have any sort of meat at all! Some breakfast sausage would have been nice.... that's all!

Beds were comfy, room was clean but had an odor & the tv didn’t work properly but we made due.

I had to unplug the tv from the wall to rest it so it would work & cut it on/off manually as well as adjusting the volume manually.

I enjoyed everything during my stay staff food room everything's great

The only thing I feel should change is if you stay continuously back to back and you have pets you shouldn't have to pay for them every single night I feel like when you pay your security deposit and your pet fee your first night it should be in standing until you check out officially

As I was kicked out of the motel 6 next door for a unsafe room. They were amazing and so considerate of our service dogs and put us next to a door that goes outside to make the room more accessible to us.

I really liked it I enjoyed the fact that they treated my 6-year-old granddaughter really really good cuz she's a little hyper sometimes but they were absolutely amazing and understanding of her

The only thing that I think could have been better was the linen for the showers I think they should add an extra towel and wash towel

The price and room comfort were good, and the front desk staff was professional and friendly.

The room upon entry seemed musty and the air seemed mixed with heavy cleaning agents. Not easy for breathing.

My room was clean and comfortable. The front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful. The location was good.

The hotel, overall, is dated and could use some updates.
